Paris Hilton claimed to be devastated when X-rated footage of her and ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon surfaced in 2003 and has vowed to stop other girls from agreeing to film themselves engaging in sex acts to please their lovers.

She said: “I want young girls to never put themselves in that situation I was in. Don’t ever let someone talk you into doing something you don’t want to do.”

She added: “I was humiliated, embarrassed and in shock that it happened. It wasn’t my fault, it was something that someone did to me, so I’ve just learned to be a strong woman and nothing can hurt me at this point.

“It was definitely very painful. When you trust someone and love someone - for them to do that to you, it’s really hard. It’s something that bothers me everyday.”

The 28-year-old hotel heiress - who receives a percentage of profits from the footage, which was eventually released as a DVD entitled ‘One Night In Paris’ - discussed the incident in a documentary about her rise to fame. Paris wants to use the MTV programme ‘Paris, Not France’ to clear up misconceptions about her party-girl lifestyle.

She explained: “I think there are a lot of people that have misconceptions about me. They assume I’m just a party girl and they don’t realise there’s a business behind it. I’ve created this over the past 10 years.

“I think when people haven’t met me they might think that I’m spoiled, that I’m a brat, that I haven’t worked for what I have. I’ve worked very hard for what I’ve achieved. None of this was given to me. I’ve done it all by myself.”

I can’t name one song she’s done since that one with Justin Timberlake and even that’s just because he said “Ma-DO-nna” every few seconds in the song. Otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed. But I have seen about 80,000 pics of her freakish arms in the past few weeks. Girlfriend tries so hard to be relevant, but I guess the moral of the story is that there’s only so long you can cling on before you have to be what you are.

Anyway, the ex-Mrs. Guy Ritchie’s scary, veiny arms have been broken down for us by the Daily Mail. And Madonna’s trainer, Tracy Anderson, has been quick to deny responsibility for her veiny, (”they were there before!”) sinewy appearance that has become so apparent lately. Consensus on Madonna’s shocking arm muscles seems to be down to yoga and a macrobiotic diet, whatever that is. And if that’s the case, I’m glad I’ve managed to stick to an all Hitachi Magic Wand workout and strict Cheeseburgers and Tikka Masala diet for years.

The old Madonna, with her previous trainers, would do weights and Ashtanga yoga - the most vigorous form. I think this is what gave her those eye-popping arm muscles, not her current regime.

Madonna takes it very seriously - she does not often splurge. She reportedly said at one point: ‘I’m not going to get fat. Deal with it.’

I think Madonna’s aware of the public reaction to her arms, but I don’t think she knows what to do about it. In order for Madonna to get her lower body the way she likes it, and her abdominals the way she wants, maybe her arms will always be a little too thin.

George Clooney has enjoyed several dates with 30-year-old Elisabetta Canalis, who hosts the Italian version of MTV show ‘Total Request Live’.

On July 22, the couple were seen on a double date at the Hotel Majestic Rome.

Soon-to-be ex-spouse Blake Fielder-Civil claims the ‘Back to Black’ singer – who admitted adultery in divorce proceedings earlier this month – had trysts with the guys while he was in jail on charges of perverting the course of justice and grievous bodily harm.

Blake said: “She did it time after time. She kept cheating on me, and kept saying sorry. And I kept saying, ‘It’s alright, I forgive you.’

“If I was the person she had these flings with, I may have thought it’s not the best idea to sleep with someone who is out of their mind, can barely speak and probably weighs about five stone (70lbs).

Kevin Federline appeared at Ryan Sheckler X Games Celebrity Classic carrying a new size that was…well…large. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but that hasn’t stopped tongues wagging.

Federline’s ex Shar Jackson defended him, saying that “It’s daddy weight! When you are a full time parent, sometimes you can’t focus on you. If gaining a few pounds is your only problem, life’s not too bad!”

Let me say as someone who has been up and down in weight, I don’t think Kevin Federline’s new size is all that bad. Yes, he’s clearly packed on the pounds, but likewise he’s also the full time carer for Britney’s children. If he can’t work out and take care of himself, that’s not worthy of condemnation, but an observation that he is spending most of his time looking after his kids, and there’s nothing wrong with that at all.

Michael Jackson reportedly put his life in danger several times before his ultimate death on June 25 from a suspected cardiac arrest. It has even been claimed Michael enjoyed the sensation of having his heart re-started.

A source told National Enquirer magazine: “I know there were at least three instances in the last 18 months where Michael literally died before either doctors or bodyguards were able to bring him back.

“I’ve heard there were at least two instances in 2008 and both involved prescription drugs. One time they had to pump his stomach and another time do CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). Once, after doctors finally managed to wake him up, Michael said he had died and gone to heaven, and it felt good.

“Michael said it was the most exhilarating experience of his life, to have seen how things looked on the other side, then come back to Earth again. I’m told there was another time earlier this year when he appeared to flat
line. In each incident, his heart stopped.”

Although the events leading up to Michael’s death remain unclear, there has been intense speculation he was misusing prescription drugs at the time of his passing.

According to reports, police are focusing their investigation on the 50-year-old singer’s use of the anaesthetic Propofol, which is used to put patients to sleep before surgery.

Bryce Dallas Howard, daughter of director Ron Howard is about to become a serious household name with news that she has landed the role of Victoria in Twilight Eclipse.

Twilight film producers Summit Entertainment announced the casting change Tuesday, saying that Rachelle Lefevre will no longer be seen as Victoria after Twilight: New Moon.

“We are incredibly happy that Bryce has agreed to come into the franchise,” Summit’s Erik Feig said. “Rachelle brought ‘Victoria’ to great screen life and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character. The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role.” Summit said that Rachelle Lefevre could not continue in the role due to scheduling conflicts.

Bryce Dallas Howard previously appeared in Spider-Man 3 as Gwen Stacy as well as The Village and Lady in the Water. She also played John Connor’s wife in Terminator Salvation.
