Brad Pitt reportedly spent $10,000 on clothes for his daughter.
The actor – who raises six children with partner Angelina Jolie – took his eldest girls, Zahara, five, and Shiloh, three, to the Bonpoint collection of children’s boutiques in Paris for a shopping trip.
The kids were allowed to pick their own items, and Shiloh opted for boys’ outfits rather than girlie clothes.
A source told People magazine, “Zahara chose very girlie outfits, but Shiloh only wanted items from the boys’ collection, which is in another boutique across the street.”
A source told website X17 Online, “Shiloh had absolutely no interest in the pretty dresses or skirts.”
Brad splashed out $10,000 on the entire Spring/Summer 2010 Bonpoint boys’ collection for Shiloh, with the tot particularly enamored with a pair of acid-yellow jeans – and later returned to spend another $4,000, though it is unclear if the additional items were for Shiloh or one of his other children.
After their shopping expedition Brad, Zahara and Shiloh met up with Angelina, who had spent the day shooting new movie ‘The Tourist’, for lunch at a suite in the Hotel du Louvre.
The ‘Inglourious Basterds’ star has previously revealed that Shiloh, who showed off a new cropped hair cut this week, only responds to the name John, after growing obsessed with the Darling brothers in classic story ‘Peter Pan’.
Brad said, “She only wants to be called John. John or Peter. So it’s a ‘Peter Pan’ thing.
“So we’ve got to call her John, ‘Shi, do you want…’ – ‘John. I’m John.’ And then I’ll say, ‘John, would you like some orange juice?’
“It’s just that kind of stuff that’s cute to parents, and it’s probably really obnoxious to other people.”
