M. Night Shyamalan’s new film The Last Airbender seems to be getting horrible reviews across the board.

Nick Jonas is dating two British girls.

The 17-year-old Jonas Brothers star is currently making his London theater debut as Marius in musical ‘Les Miserables’ and has been out with two of his co-stars Lucie Jones and Samantha Barks.

A source told The Sun newspaper, “Nick is getting a reputation as a heart-breaker. He’s been out on dates with both Samantha and Lucie and they both seem quite smitten.”

However, Nick – who wears a ‘purity ring’ to represent his vow to wait until marriage to have sex – is believed to be causing tension among his cast mates with his behavior.

The source explained, “Nick’s just having fun – but he’s causing some tension between the girls.”

The atmosphere doesn’t seem to bother Nick who has revealed he is loving his time in the West End.

Nick, who previously dated Miley Cyrus said, “I’m having an excellent time. It’s definitely different to what I do with my brothers, the singing is a different style. It is tiring, especially when we have two shows to do a day, but it is all good fun.”

Michael Jackson’s mother is to produce a film about her late son.

Katherine Jackson is reportedly working with Howard Mann, the co-author of her coffee table book ‘Never Can Say Goodbye’, on a movie which will focus on the pop superstar’s life from childhood to his untimely death on June 25 2009.

According to gossip website TMZ, Katherine is making hundreds of hours of home videos available to Howard, including footage of when the Jackson family moved from Gary, Indiana, to Los Angeles after The Jackson 5 signed with Motown records.

It is also believed Howard has paid an eight-figure sum to the ‘Black or White’ singer’s former business partner Marc Schaffel for 26 hours of video footage of Michael.

The plans are for Howard and Katherine, who is the legal guardian of Michael’s three children, Prince Michael I, Paris and Prince Michael II, also known as ‘Blanket’ – to release a series of films about Michael.

Since his passing, the documentary ‘This Is It’ showing Michael rehearsing for his never-to-take-place 50-date London concert residency has been released.

Lily Allen has taken a break from music because she is ready to have a baby.

The singer, who is currently dating builder Sam Cooper, 31 – admits she has put her pop career on hold so she can fulfil her dream of becoming a mother.

And Lily has scoffed at claims that, at 25, she is too young to devote herself to become a mother.

She said in an interview with Elle magazine, “I don’t think I’m that young to have a baby. My mother had me when she was 23. It’s difficult as a woman who wants a family.

“Kids take up your whole life, particularly in the first two or three years. So it wouldn’t be very responsible of me to commit to doing a world tour if I had a baby.”

However, at last weekend’s Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, South West England, Lily sparked rumours she was already expecting by steering well clear of cigarettes and alcohol.

An onlooker told BANG Showbiz, “Lily spent the whole night sat on a deck chair wrapped up in a poncho canoodling with Sam.

“She didn’t touch a drop of alcohol and not one cigarette passed her lips all night.”

The ‘Smile’ singer, who was left heartbroken after suffering a miscarriage with then-boyfriend Ed Simons’ baby in January 2008, recently announced she was taking an extended break from pop music and was hoping to have a baby with the first year of her sabbatical.

She said, “It’ll be a minimum of four or five years before I make a record again. I’d like to have a child within a year.

“I know what commitment it takes to release an album. I don’t think that mixes well with the idea of settling down and having children, which is ultimately my goal and more of a priority than flying around the world.”

Kendra Wilkinson wants to lose her baby weight for her husband.

The 25-year-old former Playboy Playmate gave birth to her first child, Hank Baskett IV, seven months ago and she is trying to shift the last remaining stubborn pounds so her body is back in top shape for spouse Hank Baskett.

Kendra, who is working out twice a day and eating a carb-free diet said, “It’s all because of Hank. He’s the one I am doing it for. It’s not even for me being on the cover of magazines or on a TV show. I want my body back for Hank!”

Actor Jeffrey Jones, who is best known to the over 25 set as the principal in 80s classic Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, has been busted again for failing to re-register with a sex offender’s database in California.

Jones’s legal problems began in 2003, when he was arrested for possessing child pornography and enticing a 14-year-old boy to appear in pornographic pictures. The actor secured a plea bargain and pleaded no contest to inducing a minor to pose for sexually explicit photos. Jones received five years of probation, court mandated counseling and was required to register as a sex offender on local registries. In 2004, Jones was arrested in Florida for failure to notify local law enforcement of a change of address- an action required under Florida’s version of Megan’s Law. Jones was pursued civilly by the minor in the case when he reached legal adulthood, but the suit was “dismissed with prejudice at the plaintiff’s request” less than two weeks after it was initially filed.

The actor has been charged again this month with felony failure to update his sex offender status. Jones was required to re-register after his September birthday, but had not done so. He was arrested and freed on $20,000 bail, and is set to be arraigned on June 14th.

Rihanna has found “balance” in her life.

The ‘Rude Boy’ singer endured a turbulent 2009 after being assaulted by her then-boyfriend Chris Brown but she insists she has found peace at last.

She explained to Seventeen magazine, “There’s a balance in my life that wasn’t there before. It’s a really different peace, a different energy… I’m really enjoying life right now.”

The 22-year-old pop star admits the attack left her shaken and made her re-evaluate certain aspects of her life.

She added, “The assault came at the end of an incredible year for me, career-wise. Now I kind of look back on it as the beginning of a new era, almost like it was a wake-up call for me. It was a massive turning point for me in my life.”

Katy Perry has treated her mother to a facelift.

The ‘California Gurls’ singer splashed out on a skin-tightening operation for her mother Mary Hudson, and her Christian pastor father Keith Hudson is so pleased with the results he has been bragging about how “amazing” his spouse looks.

According to The Sun newspaper, the reverend told his congregation at The Way Family Church in Temecula, California, “My daughter, little Katy Perry, bought my wife a facelift. Hallelujah! My Lord, does she look good. It is amazing what they can do. They took 25 years off her. I am serious – it’s amazing.

“I don’t know how I am going to handle this. I mean, she doesn’t look like her mother no more, she looks like Katy Perry’s sister. It’s going to be difficult because they’re going to say, ‘Who’s this old man with Katy Perry and her sister?’ ”

Katy treated her mother to the operation in the run up to her own wedding to British funnyman Russell Brand in September.

Before they started dating, the comic was known for his womanizing ways but Keith is hopeful he will convert to Christianity and calm down once and for all.

He said, “That Russell Brand – he’s a prayer challenge. He is searching for God and that boy is going to get saved. If he’s going to hang around us, he’s going to fall in! He’s hungry for God.”

Although they’re just weeks away from their nuptials, Russell and Katy can’t agree on where they will settle down when they become husband and wife.

She said in an interview with UK station Capital FM Capital FM radio, “We won’t be moving to London anytime soon. I’m sure that Russell wants to keep his roots, he’s English and likes being that dapper man so he’s going to want to keep something here. But right now I’m clinging to California.

“It’s because I’m a serotonin girl. That’s why I live there. Like my serotonin level would fluctuate if the sun doesn’t come out, my personality doesn’t come out.”

Dolly Parton is Miley Cyrus’ “honorary godmother”.

The country music legend has known the ‘Hannah Montana’ star, whose father is country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, since she was a baby and admits she feels protective of her.

She said, “She’s my honorary goddaughter. I mean, we never had a ceremony or nothing.

“I’ve known her since she was a baby. I hate it when people criticise her.”

The 64-year-old star praised the singer-and-actress’ performing talents but also admitted the teenager is good company out of the spotlight.

She added in an interview with Fox News, “She is a great singer, she has a great voice. She’s a great little entertainer and she can speak to you like she is 50 years old.”

Despite the criticism Miley has received for her risque outfits and raunchy dancing, Dolly insists the 17-year-old star is just a normal girl trying to grow up in her own way.

She said, “She’ll land in the right place. I really know she has everything it takes. She is just trying to find her way and she will.”

Miley has previously spoken of her admiration for Dolly.

She said, “She is the nicest person in the world. She’s so easy to talk to. She’s awesome. I love her.

“She always tells me just to do what I love and if I’m not having fun it’s not working. I don’t know how old she is at this point but every time she is on the stage she is smiling from ear to ear.”
