Cameron Diaz is reportedly preparing to move in with Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez.

The ‘Knight and Day’ actress, who has been rumoured to be dating the baseball star since April, has started publicly referring to the sportsman as her boyfriend and the pair are even said to be making plans to decorate a home in Florida together.

A source told Life and Style magazine, “While having lunch at Morandi restaurant in New York on August 19, Cameron was calling A-Rod her boyfriend.

“They’re decorating his place in Miami together; now it can be a place the two of them think of as their home.”

Cameron and Alex, who has previously been linked with Kate Hudson and Madonna, have been reluctant to be pictured together in public, but have enjoyed a string of private dates together at a number of top New York restaurants.

The source added Alex appears to be having such a great effect on Cameron that she is “looking better than ever” and has an “in-love glow”.

The 38-year-old actress has previously credited her youthful appearance is down to “lots of sex”.

She said, “I don’t want to look 25 again. The fountain of youth for me, let’s see. I guess it’s exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex – yes, sex, we need that as human beings. It’s healthy, it’s natural, it’s what we are here to do!”

Cameron, who has previously dated Justin Timberlake and John Mayer, has remained tightlipped about her love life, however, preferring to state she is “in love with life”.

P. Diddy is being sued for age discrimination.

Francesca Spero, who claims she launched the hip-hop mogul’s career, is suing him for $12 million, alleging she was sacked by his firm Bad Boy for being old and disabled, after she was laid up with hip surgery in 2008.

According to the 51 year old’s legal claim, Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was “unsympathetic to her condition” and tried to push her out of the company.

In March 2010, she was fired and replaced by a woman much younger who “lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position”.

Her lawyer Laurie Berke-Weiss said, “Francesca Spero opened the door for Combs’ career and, now that she’s 51, he showed her the door at Bad Boy.”

Spero says she first met Diddy in 1998, but didn’t start working for him until 10 years later when she helped him sign new song writers, get music clearances for corporate endorsements, execute Bad Boy’s $38 million deal with Warner Brothers and produce the MTV reality show ‘Making the Band’.

However, according to her lawsuit, after surgery to treat a hip misalignment, he allegedly said she earned too much money for “someone who could no longer keep up with his fast-paced lifestyle” and fired her.

Spero also admitted to checking herself into a substance abuse treatment facility in December 2008 after problems with prescription pain killers and alcohol.

However, she insisted she had been clean and sober from 1987 until two years ago after being treated for opiate addiction.

Diddy’s spokesperson could not be reached for comment.

Catherine Zeta-Jones was “furious” doctors failed to spot her husband’s throat cancer.

The 40-year-old actress has spoken out about her frustration after Michael Douglas’ repeated complaints of throat and ear pain did not lead to a walnut-sized tumour being discovered at the base of his tongue until three weeks ago.

She said, “It makes me furious they didn’t detect it earlier. He sought every option and nothing was found.”

However, the brunette beauty, who has 10-year-old son Dylan and seven-year-old daughter Carys with the actor, admits she was unsurprised when he was finally diagnosed with cancer.

She told People magazine, “It wasn’t a huge shock. I knew something was up. He knew something was up.”

The ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps: star, who also has 31-year-old son Cameron with ex-wife Diandra, admitted earlier this week he had been having throat problems for a long time before his diagnosis.

He said, “It had been bothering me for a while. I went through a litany of doctors and tests.”

However, he was understanding about the length of time doctors took to discover his condition.

He said, “These things sometimes just don’t show up.”

The 65-year-old star, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment, has previously revealed he has an 80 per cent chance of surviving cancer.

Nicolas Cage has settled his $20 million lawsuit against his former business manager.

The 45-year-old actor, who owes over $14 million in unpaid taxes and has been forced to put several of his properties on the market, has dropped his action against Samuel J. Levin, who he alleged caused him huge financial losses by making bad investments.

The accountant had counter-sued for unpaid fees before it as announced on Wednesday, September 1, that the pair had settled their claim.

Terms of the settlement have been kept confidential, however a source revealed, “Nicolas is happy that it is resolved.”

In the original lawsuit filed in October 2009, the ‘Leaving Las Vegas’ star had claimed his business manager made reckless investments on his behalf, leaving him with a huge tax debt.

Court documents filed at the time state that over seven years Samuel “placed Cage in numerous highly speculative and risky real estate investments, resulting in Cage suffering catastrophic losses”.

In his countersuit, Samuel insisted the actor’s dire financial situation was due to his “compulsive, self-destructive spending,” including splurging on $33 million worth of property and 22 cars.

It is thought that Nicolas agreed to settle to prevent more embarrassing tales of his huge spending sprees being made public.

Legal documents have already revealed purchases of “15 palatial homes around the world, four yachts, an island in the Bahamas, a Gulfstream jet, millions of dollars in jewellery and art.”

Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father has denied selling her private diaries.

Michael Lohan has admitted to sending two of the entries, written when the troubled actress was a patient at the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation centre in Utah in 2007, to an entertainment news outlet but insists he did not seek any payment.

Explaining why he allowed the journal entries to be made public, he said, “They directly talk about how she said the doctors have her on the wrong medication and she mentioned how she wished the doctors would get the medication right.”

According to Michael, who received a cease and desist letter from Lindsay’s lawyer warning him against selling her personal belongings, he received the diaries when someone sent pages of his daughter’s diary to him from a fake address in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He added to website Hollyscoop, “I have the envelope and postmark dates to prove it.”

The ‘Machete’ actress, who served 13 days in jail and 22 days in rehab last month as part of a sentence for violating the terms of probation following a 2007 driving under the influence conviction, instructed her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley to send the legal document to her estranged father warning she will seek damages if he sells any of her personal belongings.

However Michael, who has moved to Los Angeles in a bid to repair his relationship with his famous daughter, claimed the process was unnecessary.

He insisted, “I never meant to offer those for sale.”

The ‘Machete’ actress has repeatedly insisted she wants nothing more to do with her father following his repeated insistence she is addicted to prescription drugs.

29-year-old rapper Clifford Harris Jr (better known as T.I.) and wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottie, 36, were arrested last night on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood for drugs.

TMZ was on the scene and reported that the couple was originally pulled over for an illegal U-turn on Sunset, but cops “smelled marijuana.” Following a search of the vehicle, the two were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. TMZ speculates that based on photos, the substance might be “purple drank,” or “sizzurp”:

– A form of codeine falls under the class of drugs for which T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were arrested.

– Codeine is the main ingredient in Sizzurp, which is a growing problem in the South.

– Sizzurp is typically ingested in styrofoam cups … it’s become a “thing” in the hip-hop community.

Cops won’t say specifically which drug they found, though our sources say it’s the class of drugs that does indeed include the main ingredient for Sizzurp.

T.I. and Cottie, who wed on July 30th, posted $10,000 bail and were released in the morning. The rapper is on probation after serving 7 months in jail last year for gun charges.

Brad Pitt and Megan Fox have topped a list of stars people would allow their partners to sleep with.

The Hollywood stars were voted into the top spot after UK couples were asked which celebrities their partners would let them sleep with without classing it as cheating, known as a ‘list’.

Joining Brad on the ‘allowed’ list for women were ‘Alice in Wonderland’ actor Johnny Depp, ‘300’ star Gerard Butler, soccer ace David Beckham and ‘Twilight Saga’ hunk Robert Pattinson.

“Although, I do wonder if any of the respondents would ever actually follow through with their ‘list’. I can’t help but think that even if people were confronted with the situation whilst in a serious relationship, they would probably shy away from it!”

George Clooney claims Italy changed his life.

The ‘Burn After Reading’ actor, who has been dating Italian television presenter Elisabetta Canalis for more than a year, admits he feels much less stressed since buying a villa in the European town of Laglio as he can escape the pressures of Hollywood.

He said, “What changed my life in a very pleasant and unexpected way was buying the villa in Laglio. That was a pure investment decision – I thought I would maybe spend a few weeks vacationing there.

“But then I realised how beautiful life was in Italy and how it really helped calm me and not feel so pressured. I could also work productively and bring my friends over to keep me company.”

The 49-year-old hunk, who has had a series of short term relationships since his divorce from actress Talia Balsam in 1993, also admitted he has previously put his career before his personal life but is happy to have now changed his priorities.

He added in an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper, “I was working so hard on my film projects that for a time I basically didn’t even think very much about how my personal life was evolving.

“I didn’t care in the sense that I didn’t have a family or children to look after and I wasn’t involved in any long-term relationships.

“Now, I still feel I haven’t done my best work although I’ve at least put myself in a position where I can keep doing what I love and enjoy the process.

“I even have a bit of a personal life these days. I don’t want to make anyone sick but things are going pretty well for me.”

Usher’s children wear him out.

The ‘OMG’ hitmaker admits his sons Usher V, two and 20-month-old Naviyd Ely, his kids with ex-wife Tameka Foster, can be mischievous but he loves watching their naughty antics.

He said, “They play really well with each other. They have their differences, but they’re definitely brothers.

“They’re fun to watch together and both have a ton of energy. They can wear me out sometimes, without a doubt.

“If Usher gets something to eat, Naviyd wants the same thing. If Usher wants to watch something on TV, so does Naviyd.”

Usher, real full name Usher Raymond IV, also claims having children has made him become a “real man”.

He said, “It really hits me that I’m responsible for raising them and showing them what a real man it. I don’t know if I always do it right, but I’m trying.”

Police found a suspected cannabis joint in Paris Hilton’s car shortly after her arrest on Friday night, August 27.

The socialite, who was arrested for cocaine possession after being pulled over by cops in Las Vegas with her boyfriend Cy Waits, reportedly had a hand-rolled cigarette in the vehicle, which was discovered by officers shortly after they stopped the couple.

An arrest report filed for Cy said, “Vehicle inventor turned up a ‘roach’, white piece of rolled paper w/green leafy sub inside.

“It was wet and unable to be tested.”

Cannabis-laced cigarettes, commonly know as joints, are often rolled in this fashion, and police also noted a strong smell of marijuana coming from the car.

The officer wrote in his report, “I could smell marijuana coming out of the vehicle, pulled up to the passenger side and driver stated he just got done smoking.”

Meanwhile, Paris, who was stopped outside the lavish Wynn Hotel, has been banned from ever visiting both of the hotel resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.

Cy has also been sacked from his job as top managing partner of the Tryst Nightclub, and XS The Nightclub at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

A spokesperson confirmed, “Cy Waits has been separated from the company and is free to pursue other interests. Wynn has no further comment on this matter.”

Paris has been charged with cocaine possession and could face up to four years in prison after 0.8 grams of the illegal drug was found in her handbag when they were stopped and searched.

She is due in court on October 27.

Paris has denied she has done anything wrong, tweeting, “These rumours going around are so ridiculous, untrue and cruel. I’m not going to even pay attention to them, because I know the truth.”

Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt admits he was shocked when he learnt about Paris’ arrest.

He said, “It’s very surprising. Let justice prevail how it’s going to prevail. I wish her nothing but the best and I hope everything works out for her.”
