After a comparatively quite time in fake celebrity death land, this week looks set to break new records for fake deaths with a new Lady Gaga dead rumor following on from Miley Cyrus dead rumors Sunday and Taylor Swift dead rumors yesterday.

Just for something completely different, the Lady Gaga dead rumor doesn’t involve a car crash, but something more fitting her crazy ways: one site is claiming assassination by bomb, while another report claims she died as a result of an overdose of oxycotin.

There was however a death around Lady Gaga recently: celebrity photographer A.J. Sokalner collapsed and died at a Lady Gaga event earlier this month.

Just for the record: Lady Gaga is not dead, Lady Gaga has not died. Nothing to see here, move along.

Madonna reportedly made her toyboy lover Jesus Luz stay at home on her recent visit to Malawi.

The 51-year-old singer banned the 23-year-old Brazilian model from accompanying her on the trip because she was reportedly worried their age gap would upset her African hosts.

But Jesus was devastated at the snub and had wanted to be seen by her side as she oversaw work on her academy for girls in the poverty-stricken country start.

A source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, “Their difference in age could have embarrassed some people there.”

Jesus, who has been dating the mother-of-four since last year, has been desperate for their relationship to be “taken seriously” and last week introduced the pop star to his mother.

Devoted Madonna flew out to Brazil to meet Jesus Luz’s 36-year-old mother Cristiane Regina da Silva at a hotel where the two women reportedly sat chatting for several hours.

After the successful meeting, the lovebirds, who have since been spotted at a string of top restaurants in Rio de Janiero, are now expected to get engaged.

The couple had reportedly rowed after Madonna – who has children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, nine, and adopted David and Mercy, both four – said she would rather be “run over by a train” than marry again following her split from movie director Guy Ritchie.

But according to the twice-married singer’s biographer Randy Taraborrelli, she has already had a change of heart.

He said, “Madonna is telling close friends and family that, ‘I definitely see myself marrying him. It’s on the table.’ ”

Tom Cruise wants Katie Holmes to play a villain in the next ‘Mission: Impossible’ movie.

The actor, who stars as spy Ethan Hunt in the action franchise, is desperate to work with his wife and believes an evil part for her in the fourth film would be perfect because he doesn’t want them to play a couple on screen.

A source said, “Tom is very excited about taking ‘Mission: Impossible’ in a new direction and he sees Katie as a big part of that.

“They have wanted to work together for a while now but the idea of being a couple on screen in a romantic comedy is a bit dull. This might give them a chance to have some fun both as a couple and as hero and villainess.”

Katie, who has a three-year-old daughter, Suri, with Tom, recently admitted she loves bringing her home life into her acting roles.

She said, “In my own life, my whole world really revolves around my family. I do what I need to do, but it’s like, ‘How is everybody else doing?’ And it’s wonderful for me as an actress to put some of that into a character.”

Robert Pattinson realized how obsessive his fans were when they came to watch his dying scene in ‘New Moon’.

The 23-year-old British actor, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the hit movie franchise, was amazed at how far some fans traveled just to get a glimpse of the shoot.

He told the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, “I have a scene in the new movie where I’m about to reveal myself in the sunlight, which will mean the death of Edward Cullen. We shot it in a town square in Italy and it was the closest moment I came to realizing the fan attachment to this character.

“People from around the world heard about the filming and flew into that town square to see Edward Cullen die. Most wanted to stop him from taking that one step into the light. Honestly, I felt this weight of anticipation and the responsibility to the fans who are obsessed with these stories.”

The screen heartthrob, who has achieved worldwide recognition since playing the handsome bloodsucker, has previously spoken about how he struggled to cope with fame and nearly “lost it”.

He said, “I was getting really paranoid. It’s not always easy. But whining won’t change anything.”

Ashlee Simpson says husband Pete Wentz loves her stretch marks.

The singer-and-actress admits her body has changed since giving birth to the couple’s 11-month-old son Bronx but knows the Fall Out Boy rocker still finds her attractive.

She said, “Pete isn’t worried about stretch marks. He always makes me feel sexy.

“There’s going to be a time when I’m way curvier, and that’ll be sexy too. What defines sexy is not someone’s weight. Personally I like curves… I want to look good for me. I want to feel good.”

Ashlee, 25, says she gets regular exercise by carrying Bronx around all the time.

She said in an interview with Women’s Health magazine, “I do Bronx Pilates! And these biceps are from holding him. He’s in my arms all the time.”

Ashlee also revealed being a wife and mother has “humbled” her and everything else comes second to her family.

She said, “Being married made me able to share more. Now Pete and Bronx come first. It has humbled me.”

Actor Edward Woodward has died at the age of 79, the BBC reports.

Woodward, who American viewers may remember from The Equalizer or 70s cult horror film The Wicker Man, and has appeared more recently on BBC soap EastEnders and in the movie Hot Fuzz, had been in ill health for a few months before his passing.

Woodward is survived by four children and his second wife, actress Michele Dotrice.

Rihanna sings about how she was assaulted by Chris Brown on her new album.

The Barbadian singer wrote ‘Cold Case Love’ about how she was attacked by then-boyfriend Chris Brown not long after the incident in February.

She said, “It was one of the first songs I did for the album and it is one of the most emotional.”

Rihanna, 21, has also revealed she was desperate to get back into the recording studio after the assault, so she could concentrate on her career rather than what had happened to her.

The pop beauty explained, “When I was given time off in March it was a little crazy. Being at home was driving me mad.

“I couldn’t go anywhere. It was, like, ‘Look at the poor victim!’ So I called my label and said, ‘I’m ready.’ ”

The ‘Russian Roulette’ singer also recorded some of the LP, entitled ‘Rated R’, in London and admits she loves the UK capital.

Rihanna, who releases the album on November 26 said, “We made a lot of the album in London. We took two big trips there and spent some time just figuring out the record.

“London is one of my favorite cities, it’s where I get most of my creative energy.”

Chris attacked Rihanna in his car as they left a pre-Grammy Awards party in February, repeatedly punching her in the face and biting her arms.

He pleaded guilty to assault and in August was sentenced to six months of community service, 12 months of domestic violence counseling and five years probation.

Now where have I heard that before?!

Mel Gibson thinks growing vegetables makes him a better person.

The ‘Braveheart’ actor, who recently became a father for the eighth time when girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva gave birth to daughter Lucia Anne, says he is always looking to improve himself and insists the best suggestion he ever received was to take up gardening.

He said, “Some of the best advice I was given, a long time ago, was from a guy who said, ‘You want to make yourself better, go and dig a ditch.’ So, a lot of that’s been going on, ditch-digging, vegetable-growing.”

The 53-year-old star also claims the biggest changes he has noticed about growing older is the effect it has on his sense of humor.

He added, “The choices you make are just totally different because of maturity, male menopause, whatever outside influence is acting on you. You just look around and see, sometimes, that what you’d laugh at in 1970 is totally not funny now.”

However, the actor doesn’t believe time has taken too much of a toll on his body.

Speaking about playing William Wallace in ‘Braveheart’, he added, “He was something like 28 when he died. And I was already ten years older than that when we started shooting. But it doesn’t matter really, if you can sell it. At least my knees weren’t wrinkly.”

Ronan Keating has suffered anxiety attacks since Stephen Gately’s death.

The Boyzone singer has been devastated since his bandmate passed away last month and admits he is still struggling to come to terms with his grief and has been left emotionally exhausted by the tragedy.

He said, “I just feel worn out. I haven’t slept. My brain doesn’t work. My heart’s broken. You just feel crushed. I’ve had good days and bad days.

“The bad days are horrible, it’s like the walls are coming in on top of you. Anxiety I think is what they call it.

“I haven’t been sleeping at all lately. It’s been horrible. We’ve all been feeling the same way since Stephen passed. Mentally I’m absolutely exhausted.

“There’s times when you feel like you can’t breathe, you know, when you’re panicking and I’m not like that. I’ve always been on a level.”

Ronan, whose mother Marie died of cancer in 1998, admits he is even considering having therapy to help him through his grief.

He added to Britain’s Observer newspaper, “I’ve never before thought about going to get help with counsellors. For the first time ever I think I should.

“When I lost my mum it was the hardest thing at the time I’d ever known in my life but because she was sick for two years and we were told three months before she died that she had three months left, subconsciously you build a wall, your defense mechanism goes up and you prepare yourself for that.

“Whereas with Steo, there was nothing, just this wall of devastation, shock. I don’t think it has hit any of us properly.”
Stephen died aged 33 from an acute pulmonary oedema, a build-up of fluid in the lungs, at his holiday home in Majorca on October 10.
