The actress – whose on/off relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson recently ended – was seen locking lips with the handsome actor after performing a raunchy dance for him at the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort in Monaco.

Following the smooch, Lindsay was quoted by Britain’s Daily Mirror as saying: “He’s hot, he’s mine. I’ve got no ring on my finger so I’m gonna have lots of fun. This is the most romantic place in the world after all.”

Earlier in the evening, the ‘Mean Girls’ actress had admitted to fellow partygoers that her romance with Samantha was over for good and she was out to enjoy herself.

She said: “I’m fed up of all the drama. I just want to find someone who loves me back. I feel like I’m going to have a heart attack every
time I think about the break-up. I’m here to have fun now.”

Sources say Lindsay and Gerard – who was recently romantically linked to his ‘The Bounty’ co-star Jennifer Aniston – left the bash together in a golf buggy.

Other celebrities at the star-studded evening included Naomi Campbell, Guy Ritchie, Naomi Watts, Lisa Snowdon, and Simon and Yasmin LeBon.

The ‘Hopes and Fears’ singer struggled to cope with fame and, after fearing he was turning into a “loony pop star”, sought help from a
therapist and embarked on a week-long course to boost his self-esteem.

He said: “I had thought I was coping well with my job and being famous but I became scared of going out and meeting people. I was going into loony, reclusive-pop-star mode, which is very easy to do because you’re always busy and people tend to do what you want.

“I went on the course and stood up and said, ‘Hi, I’m Will, I’m a pop star and I’m not very confident.’ It was like being in a comedy. But it was extremely valuable. I’m going on another one soon. I’m looking forward to it.”

Will now sees a therapist regularly and says he has learnt to boost his confidence by always trying to challenge himself and face his
fears.

He added: “At the risk of sounding like a self-help manual, it’s about fulfilling your potential. That’s surely what life’s about.

“There’s a part of me that so wants to be a recluse and not do anything that I push myself into mad situations just to prove to myself that I can do it.”

The 40-year-old supermodel – who has worked with aid agency CARE International in Latin America and Product Red in Africa – believes taking three-year-old Finn and Grace, six, to help others less fortunate will make her a better mother.

Christy – who married actor Ed Burns in 2003 – explained: “I look forward to them being old enough to come with me; I plan to take them to Tanzania when they’re eight and 11. I think sharing the world with them will be my greatest contributions as their mother.

“I’ve told them about some of the conditions I’ve witnessed, but I balance that by describing the natural beauty of a place like Africa.
They can identify the spots I’ve visited on a map, including Bangladesh.”

Christy – who became inspired to start charity work after meeting struggling pregnant women in El Salvador in 2006 – already discusses her charity work with the children so they can understand why she has to travel abroad.

She added to Parents magazine: “I learned that more than half a million women around the world die giving birth each year, and nearly all the deaths are preventable.

“My kids know that when I’m away, it’s to help other moms and their families. They seem to appreciate this, which makes leaving a bit
easier.”

Russell Brand – who is currently dating Katy Perry, and has been linked to a string of beauties in the past – admitted he initially set out to become good at sex because he’s not a sportsman.

When asked if he used sex as a form of self-validation, he said: “Especially, because I’m not good at any sport. It’s a pity there’s not some forum where you can do it publicly.”

He also compared his liaisons with numerous women to a form of

“grooming”.

‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ star Russell, 34, added: “When Britney Spears was on the MTV Video Music Awards with me, between takes, hair

and make-up people would come over.

“We didn’t need hair or make-up, it was just like monkeys comforting us, grooming us in a primal way, and I think a lot of my liaisons were

just like that, grooming.”

Russell, 34, also said he gets jealous of the way women orgasm, but also intimidated by it.

He added: “It’s a bit frightening, this transformative quality, an orgasm in women. I imagine that it looks better than the miserable

squirt men issue.“It seems different, though, when there’s an emotional element — transcendent.”

The ‘Fight Club’ actor crossed the finish line in the 26 mile race in 3 hours, 48 minutes and 1 second, beating other celebrity runners including Alanis Morissette and ‘ER’ actor Anthony Edwards.

Edward, 40, described his experience running the race as “phenomenal” and was pleased he had achieved his personal goal of beating former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s four hour marathon time.

Edward completed the run to raise money for the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust, which promotes conservation, education and health services in southern Kenya, and he had the opportunity to train with the warriors in Kenya ahead of the marathon.

He said of his training: “I’m often slower than the Maasai, which is to be expected. But then I see something like a lion print, and then
suddenly, amazingly, I’m as fast as they are.”

The Strokes bassist Nikolai Fraiture also ran, finishing in 4-hours 23-minutes; and he was joined on the finish line by record breaking weight loss queen Tara Costa, star of US slow ‘The Biggest Loser’, who ran the race in the same time.

Rumoured participants Teri Hatcher and magician David Blaine didn’t run. Terri’s representative had confirmed earlier in the week she was taken ill with laryngitis.

Twitter is buzzing this afternoon about the firing of 100.3 The Beat DJ Charlamagne Tha God after rapper Beanie Sigel took a few shots at Hova last week on DJ Charlamagne’s show.

The hashtag #cthagodgotfired is hot on Twitter right now, and DJ Charlamagne’s first tweet on the subject came about two hours ago, with no comment on the situation at first:

I just got fired from 100.3 The Beat in Philly. Salute to Philly I hope you all enjoyed me the past 6 months.

While there is no confirmation that the Sigel interview lead the the DJ’s sacking, Jay-Z did say his piece about Beanie’s comments, to MTV, and he didn’t seem pleased in general:

He has a lot to complain about, not me,” Jay started out in a jovial manner. Then he got a little more serious.

“Well, Beanie Sigel, at the time — and you can look it up if you like, just to be honest — was driving two Bentleys. I don’t know how; it’s impossible to drive two cars at one time. A raunchy clip of Kylie Minogue – riding a bucking bronco in stockings and suspenders for British underwear firm Agent Provocateur – has been named the Best Ever Celebrity Viral Ad after netting over 350 million hits on video sharing website YouTube.

The staggering number of hits for the 90 second clip, titled ‘Proof’, was over 300 million more than the second placed clip, featuring soccer star Ronaldinho.

Earlier this year, the 2001 clip – which was deemed too sexy to show on television – was voted the world’s top cinema advert.

Kylie was not the only Australian star to make the list, which was compiled by online content distributor GoViral.

Nicole Kidman’s three-minute Chanel No. 5 advert – which cost $42 million to make in 2004 and sees the actress running breathless through a cityscape covered in billboards bearing her image – came in 8th place on the list.

Sports stars also featured prominently in the list, with clips from golfer Tiger Woods and basketball player Kobe Bryant also making the list.

US President Barack Obama’s ‘Yes We Can’ song, featuring famous faces including will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and Scarlett Johansson came in third place with 30 million hits.

Rounding off the list in 10th place was an internet-exclusive commercial for Apple Mac.

The special advert featured teenager Ellen Feiss, who became a star following her appearances in a series of advertisements for the company in 2002.

The ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ star – who is famed for his womanising ways – insists he is ready to put his philandering past behind him to settle down with the singer.

Russell, 34, said: “Katy’s lovely. I am living in a different way at the moment.

“Regardless of what happens in my current situation, I am unlikely to be satisfied with calamitous promiscuity of the preceding five or six years.

“I am ready for children actually. It’s been seven years since I took drugs. I’ve made a film. I don’t have to fight so much. I’ve grown
weary of the carousel.”

Russell – who has been dating Katy, 25, since they met at the MTV Video Music Awards in September – also admitted he has “high
expectations” of his girlfriends because of his upbringing.

Hugh Jackman topped People magazine’s annual poll last year and although he was delighted by the honour, the actor admits he is ready to pass the title onto someone else so he can stop looking after himself.

He said: “The pressure’s off. I can be a slob again. I thought there were thousands of other guys that deserved it, but it’s been a great year.”

Despite his comments, Hugh insists he would happily accept the accolade if it were offered again.

He added to People magazine: “I want to be the first to have it back. That would be fantastic!”

Previous stars named Sexiest Man Alive include Matt Damon, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, Matthew McConaughey and Jude Law.

Although he is a pin-up for many women, Hugh is happily married to actress Deborra-Lee Furness, who he wed in 1996.

The ‘Australia’ star recently revealed he and Deborra always make time to just be with one another to keep the romance in their relationship alive.

He said: “Make sure you have a date night just the two of you together, without the kids.”

The 41-year-old actor has two adopted children, Oscar, nine, and Ava, four, with his wife, who he met on the set of Australian TV show ‘Correlli’.

Scottish actor Ewan McGregor had to work alongside a goat in his upcoming film ‘The Men Who Stare Goats’ and admits they became very close.

Ewan – who also co-starred with George Clooney – said: “There was a scene when George and I are lost, and we are sleeping in the desert. I am supposed to be awakened when a goat with a little bell walks by. I follow the goat and it leads us to water. It saves our lives. We did the first take and the goat just ran through.

“But in the second take, the goat looked at me and it stopped perfectly in the frame. It stood there looking at me for almost 30 seconds. I looked at the goat and the goat looked at me, then it was almost as if he nodded and just carried on. It was absolutely perfect.”

Ewan is not the only star of the movie to have praised the goat.

George recently joked he wanted the ‘Velvet Goldmine’ star to take acting lessons from the goat because it was more talented.

He quipped: “I’m now working with goats, we spent a lot of time together. The goat I had to stare out was a great actor – if you told him to do something he would. Now if I only I had got Ewan to take lessons from him we’d be onto a winner!

“But although they were good, I don’t think I want to be working with animals again in the near future!”
