It’s awards season in Hollywood, and the Golden Globe Nominations 2010 list was announced earlier today.
Topping the list with six nominations was the George Clooney movie Up in the Air, including a nomination for Best Motion Picture Drama. Nine, the remake of the classic 8 1/2 landed five nominations, with actors Daniel Day-Lewis and Marion Cotillard being nominated for best actor and actress nods.
Avatar is competing for Best Motion Picture Drama, Best Director (James Cameron,) Best Original Soundtrack, and Best Original Song.
In the TV category, Glee was the big winner, with nominations for Best TV Series, Best Actress in TV, Best Actor in TV and Best Supporting Actress in TV.
