Dayana Mendzoa (Miss Universe) is topless in the September issue of Maxim since her title as a beauty queen ends later in August. Yes, some beauty queens do respect the terms of the contract they entered into (ahem) by not posing nude or topless while they wear the crown.

Dayana’s photos have just been made available in the online issue of Maxim here if you’d like to see more, and read some of the interview if you’re so inclined. Speaking of the article, when asked if she would date millionaires, Mendzoa replied:

“No, he doesn’t have to be a soccer player or an actor, either. He just has to be a special guy who is very genuine.”

Uh-huh, but a few mil wouldn’t hurt now would it? At any rate, Dayana Mendzoa topless is a real treat. We may not be millionaires but at least we get to see enough assets to think about investing.

Hannah Montana Cherries are out and we think it’s unfortunate. Why, you ask? Think about it for a minute. or if that’s too hard, search for things like Miley Cyrus pole dance or Miley Cyrus bikini pics. Now, does Miley, who is also the famed Hannah Montana, really remind you of cherries?

We didn’t think so. In fact, we think it’s just a little presumptous of the Disney company to market a product like Hannah Montana Cherries when there’s a 95% chance that Hannah’s cherry has fallen off the bush long ago. And even if it hasn’t, what about all the pedo bears who are now in their glory at the company’s short sightedness? Either way, we think Hannah Montana Cherries are just a really bad idea, unfortunate even.

Instead of Hannah Montana Cherries, why didn’t the company slap Hannah Montana stickers on some bananas and they would have had something totally cool that rhymed - oh wait, not such a good idea, nevermind.

At any rate, wherever Disney Fresh groceries are sold, have a look for those Hannah Montana Cherries next time you’re there… perv.

OR, is this just another elaborate joke? Photoshopped or not, it is something that could be overlooked by a company like Disney, or done on purpose as a marketing ploy.

George Clooney is about to wage war against 2 Italian magazines and a Paparazzi photographer after someone climbed over a wall at his compound and photographed a 13 year old girl topless who was changing her clothes in a guest bedroom on his property.

The topless photos of the topless 13 year old girl ended up being published in 2 different magazines. Photos were also taken of Clooney and his girlfriend in the yard of his estate.

Clooney is suing over the photos, telling TMZ:

“We’re suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don’t know about the law in the United States but in Italy it’s illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that.”

Outrageous! We’re with Clooney on this one. They’ve gone too far.

Former world champion boxer Mike Tyson – whose four-year-old daughter Exodus died following an accident at her mother’s home in May – is struggling to come to terms with his loss, and has no idea how he will move on.

He said: “I’m going through a process and trying to heal. I am in denial, because I don’t know how to handle it, I don’t know what to do or say.”

Mike, 43, admits he blames himself for the incident, but has found solace in the comments he has received from well-wishers.

He explained to US TV show ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “It was a dark moment in my life. I’ve been beating myself up over my daughter.

“I am working with dealing with it. I have become a member of an exclusive club no one wants to join. I have been told the pain never stops but you get over it.”

Exodus died after accidentally tying a cord from an exercise machine around her neck while playing at her mother Monica’s Arizona house.

Mike – who has six other children – went on to marry his girlfriend Lakiha Spicer in Las Vegas in June, but kept the nuptials private

Kourtney Kardashian has revealed the father of her unborn baby is her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, who she has now reconciled with.

Kourtney never thought it was “that big of a deal” to take her birth control until she discovered her happy news.

The 30-year-old reality TV star said: “This sounds probably so dumb but there’s so many times I’ll forget to take my pill and just don’t think it’s that big of a deal.

“I’ve done that several times and never really thought about it. It sounds so stupid.”

Kourtney discovered she was pregnant after becoming nauseous while on holiday in Florida. She visited a doctor, who confirmed the news, leaving her and Scott initially “shocked”.

She said: “Scott is excited, but has his moments where he’s really scared.

“He was way more excited than I was. He definitely wasn’t as nervous or scared as me, but then I think once I was fine with it, then he gets scared.”

Kourtney also said the news was a huge surprise for her sister Kim.

She added: “I don’t think she’s envious. Who knows though – Kim gets mad if I get the car that she wants… she like freaks out! But she definitely thought it was going to be her first, trust me!”

Kim has sent her best wishes to her sister, writing on her Twitter blog: “CONGRATS to my sister Kourtney who is pregnant! I am going to be an auntie!!!! Aunti Kimmie!!!! (sic)”

Kourtney is due to give birth in December.

Will Gina Carano ever be on the cover of Playboy?

That’s the big question today and it appears to have gotten enough people salivating that it’s turned into a full-blown internet meme, with hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people searching online for the term “gina carano playboy pics.”

We saw this bubble up to the top of the trend tracking services so naturally, we did some investigating, but what we found out might disappoint - as of the time of writing, we found out that Gina Carano has no immediate plans to appear in Playboy. However, if Gina and her people are savvy, they’ll definitely be considering doing so since there’s obviously a massive demand.

So dear readers, would you be out waiting at your local newsstand waiting for that Gina Carano Playboy pics goodness to appear on the shelf if she were to ever to do the Playboy thing?

Marilyn Manson became involved in a fracas with Trevor Strnad, frontman of Black Dahlia Murder, after Strnad insulted him.

The incident erupted as Marilyn was signing autographs for fans at a meet-and-greet in Florida, US, when Strnad shouted: “Welcome to the freak show,” prompting Marilyn to write “I hate those ****s” on the tablecloth in front of a fan.”

The self-styled ‘Antichrist Superstar’ made a comment about wanting to “rape” Trevor’s face before swinging a punch at him. Security then intervened to break the fight up.

This is not the first time Manson has issued threats in the last few weeks. Last month, he said he would “murder” journalists who write falsities about him, after US blogger Buddyhead alleged he was addicted to cocaine.

Marilyn wrote on his blog: “I can, but do not need to defend myself and the absurd accusations that the average press has clinged onto.

“If we need a nude photo of me to prove that I am far different than what the soon-to-be-murdered-in-their-home press have decided to fabricate, that is easy.

“But if one more ‘journalist’ makes a cavalier statement about me and my band, I will personally, or with my fans’ help, greet them at their home and discover just how much they believe in their freedom of speech.

Amy Winehouse has created a profile for her pet feline Shirley on social networking site Facebook and is using it to talk to her estranged husband, who she is in the process of divorcing.

In a series of bizarre messages, Amy refers to Blake – who is in rehab in Yorkshire, north England – as ‘Sailor’, known to be one of her nicknames for him.

One of the rambling posts reads: “Oi mummy was saying to her friend about the time she made you breakfast and you drank all the nesquik til you was sick xxxxxxx (sic).”

Another says: “Sailor sort it you’re her co-hort. consort still. as you both know you’re unswerving. just as much as you’re deserving.”

Last night (August 13), the cat’s status read “Shirley loves Sailor”.

Amy and Blake were granted a decree nisi - a preliminary stage of divorce which will become absolute next month - in the Family Division of London’s High Court on July 16 following the breakdown of their troubled two-year marriage.

At the time, Amy’s spokesman said: “She is ready to move on following the end of the marriage. Amy has not had any contact with Blake for months and is focusing on the future. She is finishing her album and in good health.”

Executors of Michael Jackson’s estate claim money from a film deal and merchandising contracts has “flooded” into Michael’s bank accounts since he died in June.

They predict the pop superstar will make another $100 million by the end of the year, and expect him to overtake Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain and Elvis Presley – who have made $748 million and $599 million respectively from beyond the grave - as the highest-earning dead celebrity in the next 12 months.

Lawyer John Branca, who is co-executor of Michael’s estate, said: “Clearly this will be a new record for estates that likely will not be broken. Elvis’ estate makes $55 million a year. This will be a bigger estate.”

Branca and fellow co-executor, music executive John McClain, have put together a series of deals for commemorative coins, school supplies, a coffee-table book and a film.

They have also been retrieving funds held for Michael by anonymous creditors, thought to amount to “several million pounds”, and tallying the value of the singer’s property, memorabilia and art collections.

While Michael’s earnings steadily increase, his older sister La Toya has spoken about her grief at her sibling’s passing.

She said: “It’s a very difficult moment for all of us. It’s almost - you don’t believe it - so you try to do the best you can by feeling his love, by helping and doing something he would want you to do.”

Meanwhile, law enforcement sources claim Michael’s doctor Conrad Murray had Propofol hidden in the singer’s house.

Police officers found three large bottles and five smaller vials of the anaesthetic stashed in a closet in Murray’s bedroom at the star’s Los Angeles home.

They also believe Murray received regular shipments of the powerful drug – reportedly used to help Michael sleep, and believed to have played a part in his death – through courier service FedEx, which he then hid in other locations.

The search warrant used to raid the Las Vegas pharmacy frequented by Murray showed investigators were looking for FedEx records relating to “the purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of Propofol to Dr. Conrad Murray”.

Police were also looking for credit card receipts relating to a purchase of Propofol the doctor made in May

Amber Rose – who has rekindled her relationship with the worlds most arrogant man Kanye West after briefly splitting from him in February – insists her sexual preferences are nothing to be ashamed of.

She said: “Yeah, they label me a bisexual freak stripper that f**ks Kanye on a daily basis. You know, ‘Amber Rose, the f***ing bisexual, dyke, freak, whatever the f**k.’ To answer that, I’m extremely open with my sexuality. I can be in love with a woman, I can be in love with a man.”

She explained: “I was always a huge fan of his but he had a fiancee, I wasn’t like, ‘Ah, I’m going to get with Kanye.’ My intentions when I met Kanye were to just do his ‘Robocop’ video, keep it very professional. But we really started to like each other. It just so happened that he started liking me and I started liking him. It’s not a publicity stunt, it’s just human beings, man. I love Kanye as a person, he’s a great person and he’s super-talented. I love him for a lot of different reasons.”
