Choreographer of the popular show So You Think You Can Dance, Alex Da Silva, has been charged with rape in Los Angeles.

The LA Times detailed the list of charges:

The charges include four counts of forcible rape, two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and two counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object, said Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.

The four victims were allegedly assaulted between August 2002 and March 2009 and all victims met Da Silva through his choreography classes. Da Silva was arrested initially last April, but the LA DA declined to file charges at the time. Back then, his lawyer said of the charges:

At the time of his original arrest, Silva’s attorney Harland Braun told The Times, the case was a misunderstanding of “the difference between seduction and rape.” On Tuesday, Braun had no immediate comment on the search warrant and was critical of the bail amount.

Bail for Da Silva has been set at $6.2 million.

Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil, 67, conceived the baby with the help of a team of fertility specialists in New York.

Canadian French language newspaper Journal de Montreal broke the news today (August 18) but the ‘Falling Into You’ singer has yet to confirm the happy news.

The couple – who have been married since 1994 – already have an eight-year-old son Rene-Charles.

Celine revealed she was going to start trying for another baby when her ‘Taking Chances’ world tour ended earlier this year.

The star told US talk show host Oprah Winfrey: “We are going to give it a try after my tour. Hopefully we can get pregnant again.

“I have a small window of hope. But we have been so blessed already. We tried six years for Rene-Charles. We have our miracle baby.”

Emily Osment – who plays Miley’s on-screen best friend Lilly Truscott in the movie and TV series – is desperate to work alongside the outspoken starlet on a follow-up movie or stage show.

She explained: “I don’t think anyone wants to see ‘Hannah Montana’ ever end, so I think we need to do that. We need to do something like ‘Hannah Montana Goes to London’ or ‘Hannah Montana on Ice’!”

However, the 17-year-old actress - who is currently filming the fourth season of the Disney TV show - is having too much fun on set to worry about ‘Hannah Montana’ coming to an end.

Emily said: “I would love to do a season five. I have a blast with these guys.”

In March, Miley, 16, admitted she didn’t want there to be anymore ‘Hannah Montana’ films so she could focus on expanding her career.

Meanwhile, Emily’s relationship with Miley is about to experience a competitive twist as she prepares to release her debut “rock” album this year.

Emily will be working hard to add a unique twist to her music to stop the comparisons between her and Miley.

She explained: “I’m on a completely different label. I’m on Wind-up Records, and they have some hard rocking bands, so I have to keep with that. It’s pop, but it’s definitely rock, too. I’m sort of a rock ‘n’ roller, so I have to put a little bit of that in there.”

Cameron Diaz attracted attention with her flirty and affectionate behaviour towards the ‘Sex and the City’ actor during a recent meal together at a sushi restaurant in Venice Beach.

An onlooker said: “Cameron and Justin were sitting in the corner of Shima totally wrapped up in one another. They couldn’t stop touching each other. And we couldn’t stop looking.”

The couple have reportedly been friends for several years, but it is only in recent weeks that Cameron – who has been romantically linked with Maroon 5 star Adam Levine and actors Jude Law and Leonardo DiCaprio since splitting from British model Paul Sculfor in May - and Jason have started a relationship.

The source added to Grazia magazine: “They’ve always got along, but now realise just how much they have in common.

“Jason is exactly Cameron’s type. She’s attracted to athletic types and they’re both passionate about the environment.”

Like Paul, Jason has previously dated Jennifer Aniston – who was in a relationship with singer John Mayer for several months after he split from Cameron.

Lark Voorhees appeared recently on the cover of People, looking actually not too different than she did on the 90’s cultural touchstone that was known as Saved By The Bell. (See, up there on the left?) But not too long after, Voorhees was snapped with what looks like a very obvious eye lift.

Eye lifts are a tricky thing, because if they’re subtle you may not notice them, but if they’re not- they all look like that. It’s an unmistakable look, and unfortunate especially in someone so young. (Voorhees is 35.) It could be a trick of the light or an odd camera angle, but as a former medical esthetician, I’d put money on an eye lift.

An upcoming issue of Star quotes a plastic surgeon on Voorhees’ new look:

She’s only 35, but former “Saved by the Bell” star Lark Voorhies has already gone under the knife! “it looks like she had an eye-lift,” Dr. Michael Salzhauer, a Bal Harbour, Fla.-based plastic surgeon and author of the book “My Beautiful Mommy,” tells Star.

“She also appears to have had a lot of Botox,” adds Dr. Salzhauer, who has not treated the actress. “This is not a good look for her at all - and, if anything, it makes her look strange. Lark looks like a completely different person.”

Patricia Heaton, former co-star of Everybody Loves Raymond, is being sued by her former personal assistant for unpaid wages and overtime pay.

According to TMZ, Heaton was served with the suit by Jennifer Lee, her former assistant who claims that the actress fired her and neglected to pay her for some wages and overtime to the tune of $7,425. Jennifer also claims that the work schedule Heaton imposed on her was sporadic, over-demanding at times and extremely hectic.

Papers filed in the suit also stated: “If the rich and famous wish to employ individuals to cater to their every need, they must also refrain from violating California’s wage and hour laws.”

Maybe Patricia Heaton was calculating the payroll for her staff herself, since she apparently is not too good at math, according to the below video of her appearance on the Aug. 17 episode of Who Want’s to be a Millionaire where she couldn’t do a simple calculation during one of the questions.

Amy Winehouse has reportedly alarmed friends with her determination to reconcile with Blake Fielder-Civil and start a family.

A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “All her friends are worried. She has mentioned she might meet Blake when he leaves rehab in Sheffield.

“Even more worrying is the fact that she has been feeling broody. Her dad Mitch is going ballistic about rumblings of a reunion.”

Amy – who has been sending Blake a series of internet messages posing as her cat and recently begged him to take her back during an emotional phone call – is so desperate to reconnect with her past she is planning to finish recording her new album in Miami, where she married Blake in 2007.

She has applied for a working visa to return to the US to work with producer Salaam Remi.

The source added to Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “It’s a place that means a lot to her and could really provide some inspiration for new material.

“Amy is looking forward to getting out to Miami again to finish the album with Salaam, as he was so good on her last album ‘Back to Black’.”

Amy and Blake - who were recently granted a decree nisi - have both been trying to get themselves clean of drugs and it seems to be working.

Blake is still in rehab following his release from jail earlier this year while Amy recently returned to London from an eight-month break in St. Lucia.

Blake is keen to rekindle their relationship and is confident it can work if they both stay clean.

He said: “We’ve been talking for the first time in months.

“I love her as much as ever. I know she still loves me, even though we’re getting divorced. Maybe this time we can do everything properly and not mess it up.

“I want to take her out for dinner and propose again. I hope that within five minutes we’ll be planning where we’re next going to get married.”

So Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart and dethroned former teen queen Kari Ann Peniche apparently got naked and high and filmed an almost sex tape.

In the video (which we edited down from a 12-minute original), we see the apparently inebriated threesome — at one point Gayheart says she needs to lay down because she’s so high — lounging au naturel in the fallen beauty queen’s Studio City apartment, passing around the camera and, for giggles, discussing what their porn names should be. Dane settles on “Tuff Hedemen” (his favorite champion bull rider). Soon the threesome move to the bathroom where the two ladies disrobe and get into a jacuzzi tub while Dane takes over the camera duties.

Boringly, no one has any kind of sex in the video- ostensibly because everyone’s “too high.” Commenters report “drug paraphernalia” on countertops as the camera pans, and at one point Gayheart indicates she has to go “lay down” because of it.

UPDATE: Twist alert! Apparently the video was stolen from Kari Ann Peniche during “Celebrity Rehab” by singer Mindy McCready!

Mischa Barton – who was recently released from hospital after being placed under involuntary psychiatric care – was “shocked to tears” when she was told to slim down for her role as a model in new TV series ‘The Beautiful Life’.

A source told Britain’s Star magazine: “She knows that means they are calling her fat behind her back. She knows she is heavier than she needs to be but to hear it like that… it really shook her. How can Mischa play a model when she’s looking so heavy?

“She’s broken down in tears more than once before shooting. It’s a lot of pressure for someone who is just out of hospital.”

Despite the upsetting news, friends insist Mischa is determined to shed the pounds as fast as possible.

The source added: “She’s always been able to lose weight fast. Everyone knows she’s

been struggling, so people are just really rooting for her.”

Hugh Grant has started suffering from panic attacks whenever he goes in front of the camera and is considering changing his career.

He told Entertainment Weekly magazine: “I like everything about filming except the acting. I’m wonderful in rehearsals, but I have never been very good when they actually switch the cameras on.

“In recent years I’ve had really bad attacks where I totally froze up. I thought, ‘Well, if I am going to get stage fright, then I am packing it in.’ ”

Hugh also revealed starring in comedies makes him “particularly nervous”.

This isn’t the first time the 48-year-old British star has threatened to quit Hollywood.

After appearing in ‘Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason’ in 2004, he claimed he was “semi-retired” - but went on to star in ‘American Dreamz’ and ‘Music and Lyrics’.

Hugh accepts people will be sceptical about his vow to quit acting, adding: “I realise how ridiculous that makes me look.”

Despite his increasing dislike for the filmmaking process, Hugh can next be seen starring alongside Sarah Jessica Parker in ‘Did You Hear About the Morgans?’.

Hugh filmed scenes for the romantic comedy in New Mexico and developed an interest in country music during his time there.

He explained: “I’m horrifying all my chic London friends. The only one I’m allowed to listen to is Johnny Cash.

“Apparently, he’s OK. But I like hillbilly - beat that for uncool!”
