That damn well looks like a joint to me, but I’m no expert on smokin da ganja so I’ll leave it up to you, dear Inquisitr readers.

What’s your take on the pic. Is that a joint between Kate Moss’ fingers? Yay or nay, that IS her kid next to her in the photo and joint or not, smoking anything that close to your kids is just wrong.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was cleared of trespassing yesterday (August 20) after she was arrested in April dressed in military fatigues looking into a ground floor window of the singer’s $10 million home, in Calabasas, California.

However, she was convicted of the lesser charge.

Miranda insisted she has “no obsession with Britney” and was only at her property to practice documentary filmmaking in a paparazzi style. She was caught with filming equipment in her backpack, and police were called after she refused to leave.

Before the court case, when asked for a statement Miranda said: “Everything happens for a reason. There’s your statement.”

She also stated she did not regret what she had done.

Former ‘American Idol’ contestant Miranda – who, under the terms of a previous restraining order, has to stay at least 100 yards away from Britney, her children and her residence – was handed three years’ probation and 240 hours of community service for her crime.

Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler - who refuse to confirm rumours they are dating – are said to be smitten and are all “lovey-dovey” in between filming scenes for ‘The Bounty’.

An on set source said: “We saw him give her a little kiss. They were very lovey-dovey.

“We watched them at one point start to hold hands, but she pulled back because she realised people were watching.”

The former ‘Friends’ star and the Scottish actor look very happy together on set and seem relaxed in each other’s company.

Another source said: “The relationship is cool and sweet. They look like they’re in the beginning phase of a relationship that’s really nice.”

Meanwhile, Jennifer has told friends she doesn’t care her rumoured ex Bradley Cooper is dating Renee Zellweger.

The 40-year-old beauty reportedly dated the handsome actor earlier this year but is said to be over him.

A source said: “She didn’t care that he was enjoying being single and seeing other people. So is she. Now that Renee’s relationship has intensified, Jennifer is bored with the whole thing. She’s saying he can have her.

“She not going to play games and compete with Renee in any way, shape or form. Bradley is out.”

Rumors spread like wildfire through the gossip blogs earlier today after an ‘inside source’ allegedly saw Miley Cyrus in a hot makeout session with Liam Hemsworth. Well, according to Miley, the rumors are NOT true.

After reading about her rumored interlude at Nashville airport with her Last Song co-star, Miley took to her Twitter account and slammed the gossip bloggers. Miley tweeted: “Dumb blogs. A man claiming to be the late singer’s boyfriend says he has been left heartbroken after their “short romantic love story” ended tragically when the 50-year-old singer died from a suspected cardiac arrest in June.

Country music star Shania Twain posted a video on her website, promising to reveal the “special gift” on her 44th birthday next week.

In the clip – which was shot in the garden of Shania’s home in Switzerland – the singer thanks fans for remembering her son Eja’s eighth birthday, before giving hints about the surprise.

The “gift” is thought to be a “very personal travelogue” documenting Shania’s 2008 split from her husband, producer Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange, who reportedly had an affair with her best friend.

A source said: “It’s not new music, but it’s a piece that Shania put together of what she’s been doing for the last year. It’s definitely a totally new side of Shania that no one’s ever seen.”

Fans will also be able to watch Shania on US TV later this month when she appears as a guest judge on ‘American Idol’.
