Milla Jovovich is set to tie the knot with fiance Paul Anderson on August 22 at their Hollywood home and Milla is busy creating her dream gown.

The 33-year-old beauty – who has a 21-month-old daughter, Ever Gabo, with the director – said: “I’m making a dress right now. It’s very like, without the negative influence, but it’s very like Sharon Tate kind of 1960’s mini-dress.”

Milla, who has been married twice before, is keen for the nuptials to remain intimate as she doesn’t want a big wedding.

She added to People magazine: “Getting married - that’s just one more kind of layer on my proverbial cake.

“It’s going to be small. It’s just going to be family and close friends. And it’s at our home and it’s going to be kind of like Havana/Cuban, like very California-Spanish feeling. It’s going to be nice.”

The couple met in 2002, when Paul directed Milla in the first ‘Resident Evil’ and they announced their engagement in March 2003.

Concerned friends of the troubled actress, who was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last month, fear she has returned to work on new TV series ‘The Beautiful Life’ too early.

One pal said: “There still are issues. Mischa’s just not herself at all. I think she’s gone back to work too soon.”

Another friend revealed to the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper: “She is on the verge of another breakdown - one I think could be even more serious than the last one. She cries for no reason.”

Mischa was hospitalised for two weeks under a 5150 hold - which allows people to be forcibly held if they are deemed a danger to themselves or others, are gravely disabled or have a mental disorder - after friends became worried she was suicidal.

The 23-year-old actress arrived on the set of ‘The Beautiful Life’ just two days after being released from hospital.

It has been alleged the actress had been using drugs and alcohol to cope with her money problems and faltering love life.

In April 2008, Mischa pleaded no contest to drink driving and later checked into rehab to prove she “was sober”.

Celebrity pitchman Billy Mays, who died suddenly of heart failure in his sleep on June 28th, was just shy of his 51st birthday when his wife found him unresponsive early that Sunday morning.

His relative youth and apparent good health made his sudden and unexpected death all the more sad for many people, including those who had grown newly fond of the exuberant sales guru on his Discovery Channel show Pitchmen. Many initially speculated that Mays had died due to the “hard landing” he’d tweeted about the previous morning at a Miami airport, but initial autopsy reports indicated that there was no head truama present.

Toxicology reports have come back in the case and it appears Mays’ tragic death may not have been so unsurprising. Cocaine, sometimes a factor in cardiac arrest, was present in Mays’ system. It was concluded that Mays used the substance in the days leading up to his death, although not immediately prior to it. “cocaine use” is listed as an official contributing factor on his death certificate.

According to TMZ, cocaine was not the only substance noted in the toxicology reports:

Official documents show the following drugs were in Mays’ system — hydrocodone (Vicodin), oxycodone (painkiller), alprazolam (Xanax), nordiazepam (Valium), benzoylecgonine (byproduct of cocaine) and temazepam (anti-anxiety). Ethanol — alcohol — was also in Mays’ system.

Tennis super-celeb, Roger Federer, is one of those people. Earlier today (Friday), Federer shared the photo below of himself and his wife, holding their newborn twin girls, the first known photo of the babies that have been made public. And his 2.5+ million Facebook fans couldn’t be more thrilled. As of about 4 hours after uploading the baby photo, it has received 55,000+ likes and 14,000+ comments.

Roger Federer loves Facebook and loves his fans on the social network, often interacting with them and regularly taking the time to help out some of his fans with their tennis woes. Federer even bragged about hitting the 2,000,000 fans mark during a recent interview with ESPN.

Heidi Pratt’s (Montag) Playboy cover was revealed by Heidi and her hubby, Spencer, Thursday on the red carpet at last night’s G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra premiere in L.A. Heidi appears on the cover of the September issue of Playboy, which will be on newsstands Friday, August 14th.

Heidi told Access Hollywood that getting herself in shape for the cover of Playboy was no easy task:

“I worked out very hard for this,” Heidi told Access on the red carpet as husband Spencer Pratt looked on clutching a copy of the men’s magazine.

“I worked by butt off,” she continued. “So if you want to see how I got my Playboy body, you can go to [my Web site].”

Spencer Pratt is pretty excited as well. Aside from the fact that his beautiful wife is now a Playboy model, the issue of the magazine with her on the cover comes out on his birthday.

Officials at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park cemetery in Los Angeles are now clear to “proceed with burial”, over six weeks after the singer died of a suspected cardiac arrest.

The decision is likely to anger Michael’s brother Jermaine, who has publicly argued for his sibling to be interred in the grounds of his former home Neverland, in Santa Barbara, California.

Michael’s mother Katherine disagreed, insisting her son never wanted to go back to the property, which he abandoned after his trial for child molestation in 2005.

Forest Lawn is the final resting place of several celebrities, including Bette Davis, Lucille Ball, Liberace and David Carradine.

Michael’s grandmother was also buried there in 1990.

The Jackson family reportedly decided to submit burial paperwork after Los Angeles Deputy Medical Examiner Dr. Paul Gliniecki said Michael’s body was too “sliced and diced” for a third autopsy to be carried out.

Katherine is believed to have ordered further tests because she suspects Michael’s death was caused by foul play.

Gliniecki said: “During an autopsy, everything is sliced and diced - it all mixes. Even a second autopsy is compromised.”

The coroner has yet to rule on what killed the star.

Meanwhile, Michael’s estate is reportedly “seriously considering” dismantling his Neverland ranch and moving it to Las Vegas, where it would become a “Graceland-style” tourist attraction.

An insider said: “The idea is to take physically everything that’s not part of the dirt and reassemble it in Las Vegas.”

The ‘Umbrella’ singer will appear on the ‘The Jay Leno Show’ on September 14, alongside hip-hop stars Kanye West and Jay-Z.

The trio are expected to perform their new single ‘Run This Town’. Tom Cruise is also in negotiations to appear on the program.

Rihanna, 21, has kept a low-profile since she was assaulted by her then-boyfriend Chris Brown in February.

Chris pleaded guilty to the attack in June and was sentenced to five years’ probation, 180 days of community service and ordered to attend an anti-domestic violence program.

He is also banned from going within 50 yards of Rihanna.

But the singer recently announced she wants Chris’ court order downgraded to a level-one protective restraining order.

Her lawyer Donald Etra said: “That order would prevent Chris from annoying, molesting or harassing her. That level-one order would fully protect her.

“The order in effect now is a stay-away order preventing them from coming within 50 yards of each other.

“But Rihanna’s position from the beginning is that there was no need for that level of protective order.”

Chris’ scheduled formal sentencing hearing on Wednesday (August 5) was postponed until August 27 after the judge ruled she was not satisfied with the terms of his community labour order.

Jennifer Aniston and her father John were handed the iParenting Media Award in the 2009 Outstanding category for ‘Loukoumi’s Good Deeds’, the book they both narrate.

The tome is based on author Nick Katsoris’ cleaning woman Daisy, who worked with him for years and who gave him some gold cufflinks because he always said “good morning” to her.

The story follows the good deeds of Loukoumi the lamb and her friends Gus the Bear, Fistiki the Cat, Dean the Dog and Marika the Monkey.

Jennifer voices Daisy on the CD of the novel, which was released with the tome in April.

A sequel called ‘Loukoumi’s Gift’ will be available from October 24, which is National Make a Difference Day in America.

Proceeds from sales will go to Jennifer’s charity of choice, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Meanwhile, Jennifer has revealed her pals enjoy visiting her because her kitchen is always crammed with good food.

She said: “My friends love coming over to my house, because they get fed. It’s the best restaurant in town!”

One of the 40-year-old actress’ chefs Jewels Elmore said: “Her friends are in and out all the time. Jennifer’s a homebody. It’s been so much fun to create a place where everybody feels comfortable, like one big family.”

Marilyn Monroe – who died in 1962 aged just 36 – reportedly had a fling with the Hollywood actor during the filming of 1959 movie ‘Some Like It Hot’, even though they were both married to other people.

Curtis, who was wed to Janet Leigh at the time, claims the affair resulted in Monroe getting pregnant.

She told him the news as the pair were confessing their affair to the actress’ husband Arthur Miller.

Curtis said: “I was stunned. I just stood there. The room was so silent that I could hear tyres screeching on Santa Monica Boulevard.”

But the screen legend, father of Jamie Lee Curtis, was later told by Miller – who consulted Monroe’s doctor – that the baby could not be his.

Curtis claims he asked Miller what they should do, to which the playwright replied: “Finish the film and stay out of our lives.”

Curtis added in his new memoir ‘The Making of Some Like It Hot’: “I stared at him for a minute. Then I looked at her. She was crying. ‘OK,’ I said. ‘That I can do.’ I turned and walked out. I went to my dressing room, closed the door and locked it.”

The pair ended their affair when filming finished, before Curtis later learned of Monroe’s miscarriage.

There is one unconfirmed report we’ve found that claims Lady Gaga admitted that she was indeed a hermaphrodite.

As speculated later this week by Starrtrash, Lady Ga-Ga has confirmed that she indeed is a hermaphrodite. Pictures of her vagina, which shows a bulge resembling a tiny penis were released last week that started the rumours about her gender identity. Starrtrash confirmed the story with her blog entry earlier this morning.

Its not something that I’m ashamed of, just isn’t something that i go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but i consider myself a female. Its just a little bit of a penis and really doesnt interfere much with my life. the reason I haven’t talked about it is that its not a big deal to me. like come on. its not like we all go around talking about our vags. There’s no official record we can find backing this up though, so we think the admission is likely a hoax, although that still doesn’t explain the picture.
