The odds on Jesse James and Sandra Bullock remaining married continue to get longer with a second mistress talking to the media: Melissa Smith.

Smith, who like Michelle McGee before her is heavily tattooed and lists her occupation as a stripper, told Star Magazine that she had a two year affair with James, after he contacted her on MySpace.

“I got a message from this guy saying, ‘Nice car…that’s my godfather’s.’ After a few exchanges, he introduced himself as Jesse James and gave me his e-mail address with the name Vanilla Gorilla” she told the magazine.

Staying classy like all good mistresses, Melissa Smith also details her first trip to California, where she had unprotected sex with James on his couch.

One word of advice to Sandra Bullock: if you haven’t had an STD check yet, now would be a good time.

Brad Pitt has been studying Scottish castles.

The ‘Inglourious Basterds’ star spent time in Scotland last year, scouting locations in the Highlands for an upcoming film project with ‘Kick-Ass’ director Matthew Vaughn.

He said, “Last year Matthew and I were looking at doing some filming up there. We had a look at some castles. We’ll definitely be back.”

Brad, who raises six children with partner Angelina Jolie, has been a fan of Scotland for some time, but had to cut his last trip to the country short after he began feeling threatened by the former lover of his then-girlfriend.

He told The Sun newspaper, “I went to Scotland and travelled around years ago. I went everywhere, saw it all. Edinburgh and Glasgow were special – the architecture is something there.

“When I was in Glasgow I got involved with this girl. She happened to be the ex-girlfriend of a bit of a bad guy. I ended up having to get out of town because I was getting ‘that’ look from a guy behind a bar.”

Brad also confessed a love for British rapper Dizzee Rascal and admits he exercises to his songs.

He said, “That guy has got it. The kids are really into this stuff. I have worked out to that song ‘Bonkers’.”

Robert Pattinson is terrified he’ll lose his hearing because of screaming fans.

The ‘Twilight’ actor, who is currently in the UK shooting his new movie ‘Bel Ami’ with Uma Thurman, claims the devoted female supporters who follow him everywhere could make him deaf because of the volume at which they screech.

The 23-year-old heartthrob said, “I’m almost completely deaf anyway. So I’m worried. I’m very worried.”

Robert’s ears aren’t the only part of his body which have been damaged by fans.

The actor was clipped on the legs by a taxi in New York last year while he was trying to run away from a horde of teenage girls who had come to see him film his latest release ‘Remember Me’.

Speaking of the incident, he said, “It was kind of chaotic.”

A source said at the time, “It’s non-stop busy all day with people trying to get a glimpse of him, and the crowd goes nuts when they do see him.”

Robert previously revealed he had to rely on the support of his castmates and the crew on ‘Remember Me’ to stop him being mobbed by his fans everyday.

He told BANG Showbiz, “Everyone was so supportive on set. I got everyone helping me out everyday. Fans were gathering on the street and the crew would have to get really close together and form a circle around me, so we were really close.”

Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner were seen “cozying up” at a party on Monday, March 22.

The ‘Girlfriend’ singer, who filed for divorce from rocker husband Deryck Whibley last October, a month after they separated, and the hunky reality TV star were at new Los Angeles nightspot Industry and onlookers say the pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

One fellow reveler said, “Avril and Brody were cozying up in a banquette. The two were dancing, singing, drinking and having a blast.

“They definitely looked extremely friendly.”

Avril and Brody were first linked together last month and friends say they have been enjoying “low-key” dates.

One said, “They’re hooking up but they’re keeping it low-key.

“You can tell they’re into each other and both like to have a good time. They’re cute together.”

Since splitting from Deryck, who she was married to for three years, Avril, 25, has been romantically linked with actor Wilmer Valderrama and oil heir Brandon Davis, but pals insisted she was just friends with both men.

Brody was most recently dating Playboy playmate Jayde Nicole, but they split in December.

After revealing she and Deryck were divorcing, Avril was adamant the pair would remain friends.

She said, “Deryck and I have been together for six-and-a-half years. We have been friends since I was 17, started dating when I was 19, and married when I was 21. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship.

“I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know, and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note.”

Kim Kardashian split from Reggie Bush because he didn’t want to get married.

The 29-year-old socialite has reportedly been pressuring the American football player, who she has been dating on and off for three years, to tie the knot and start a family ever since her younger sister Khloe Kardashian wed basketball star Lamar Odom last September.

However, the sportsman is convinced Kim isn’t “the right kind of girl” to spend his life with.

A source told E!, “Kim has been pushing for marriage, especially since Khloe got hitched, the pressure’s been on. She feels it’s the next step for her and Reggie. But Reggie knows deep down in his heart that he doesn’t want to marry Kim. He basically put it on the line for her – he wants a wife that is a support system to him and would be a stay at home mom to his children.

“Reggie loves Kim but he knows that’s just not her. He loves her drive and ambition, and he thinks she’s amazing, he truly loves her, but he knows she’s just not the right kind of girl for him to marry.”

Kim is said to be devastated about the split, because she was hoping to follow in the footsteps of her other sister Kourtney Kardashian, who recently gave birth to son Mason, and get pregnant soon.

The source said, “Kim is devastated, she loves Reggie with all her heart and truly believed that he would be her husband and the father of her children. She’s so maternal and is really in the place for kids right now – that’s just been amplified by the birth of Mason, her nephew.”

While Reggie loves Kim’s “ambition”, he apparently dumped her because he doesn’t believe the brunette beauty “fits” into his sportsman lifestyle.

The source added to RadarOnline.com, “Kim is so caught up in the whole Hollywood thing, and that’s totally not Reggie’s scene. He’s a ball player, that’s his career and his life, and he just feels that Kim doesn’t fit 100 per cent into that.”

News of their separation comes less than a month after the couple reportedly bought a $4.8 million love nest together in Beverley Hills.

Gerard Butler’s mother is going to take on Jennifer Aniston at golf.

‘The Bounty Hunter’ star Gerard,- who is rumored to be romantically linked with his co-star,  said his mother got on so well with Jennifer at the premiere of their latest film, she challenged her to a golfing match.

Gerard, whose home country, Scotland is famed for its golf courses said, “At the premiere, my mum just couldn’t wait to meet Jen. They got on so well that they want to do everything together now. My mom is a golfer and so is Jen and they’re going to play together.

“And she wants her to come to Scotland so she can show her the sights.”

He also told how his parent managed to interrupt filming of a crucial scene by calling him, but former ‘Friends’ actress Jennifer, 41, was so eager to speak to her she insisted on chatting, rather than going straight for a re-take.

Gerard, 40, added, “In ‘The Bounty Hunter’, there’s a scene where Jen and I are getting married. I happened to have my cellphone with me and at a crucial moment in the vows my mother actually called me.

“So I fished it out of the pocket of my tuxedo and I was like, ‘Hello, Mom. Listen, I’m a bit busy. I’m marrying Jennifer Aniston right now.’

“But Jen took the phone and insisted on talking to her, which was very funny. It was a great way for my mom to meet and have a chat with Jen and they really bonded. And they we were like, ‘We have to hang out.’”

Last night’s American Idol featured some pretty awful performances, most notably a cringefest when Paige Miles covered some horrible old Phil Collins song and we learned it was actually possible to make a Phil Collins song worse. (Even nicey-nice Ellen DeGeneres passed on commentary about Miles’ voice, commenting only on her shoes before passing the torch to Kara.)

One bright, shining highlight of the two-hour show was Crystal Bowersox’s awe-inspiring rendition of Janis Joplin’s version of “Me and Bobby McGee.” (While Joplin inarguably ‘owns’ the song, she did not write it and several versions have been released since then.) Despite an overall bad mood last night, even cranky Simon Cowell (who traded barbs all night long with Ryan Seacrest) told Bowersox that he “wouldn’t change anything” and Bowersox “nailed it.”

Below is a clip of Bowersox being coached by Miley Cyrus (Miley, meet talent) who has apparently decided pants are no longer fashionable, followed by her rendition of “Me and Bobby McGee.” While Bowersox is a bit unlikely to win the competition, let’s hope she sticks around for a bit afterwards.

Sandra Bullock has told friends there is no chance of saving her marriage.

The US actress, who recently won an Oscar for her performance in ‘The Blind Side,’ told friends that since her husband of five years, Jesse James, cheated on her with tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGhee, she can’t trust him enough to give him another chance.

A friend told the Chicago Sun Times newspaper, “Sandy has decided there’s no way their relationship can be fixed. Once the trust is gone, there’s nothing left.”

Sandra is also said to be distraught at being apart from Jesse’s six-year old daughter from a previous relationship , Sunny, and another source claims she may seek custody of her if she divorces him.

A source old X17 Online, “Sandra is going to go ahead and file for divorce and she is also wanting to get custody of Mr. James’ young daughter.

“Her lawyers are telling her that there is a possibility that she could custody since the child’s mother is unfit and Jesse is an adulterer. She wants that little girl and is ready to fight to get her.”

Sunny has lived with Jesse and Sandra since her biological mother, adult film star Janine Lindemulder, was jailed for tax evasion in December 2008. Janine has since battled to regain custody of Sunny.

Jesse also has two other children from a previous marriage.

Sandra, 45, left her the home she shared with Jesse over a week ago and friends have told she is “devastated” by her husband’s behavior.

Motorcycle enthusiast Jesse has meanwhile spoken publicly about the allegations and admits he deserves “everything bad” which may come from his “bad judgment”.

He said: “There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.”

Katie Price and Alex Reid are moving house.

The couple, who married in Las Vegas last month, are searching for a new property as the glamor model wants to leave behind memories of her ex-husband Peter Andre.

Alex said, “Katie and I have been looking at new houses. I can’t tell you where yet, but it’s exciting. We want a new place that is just about the two of us – it’ll be a fresh start.

“I like modern styles, but as long as it’s got a good energy and feels right, I’m open to lots of options.”

The cage fighter has recently been in America training for a bout and is delighted to have returned to the UK to be reunited with his wife and her children, Harvey, seven, Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaammi.

While Alex gets on well with the kids, he admits he struggles to exert any discipline over them.

He added in his column for Britain’s Star magazine, “Since I got back from Los Angeles, it’s been nice to be a family man again.

“I have really settled into a routine with the kids now. They all want to give me cuddles as soon as they see me, which makes me feel really special.

“The children have got me wrapped round their little fingers, I say that I will read them one story but they always haggle with me and we end up reading about ten! I’m such a wimp and I always give in!”

Cheryl Cole admits she “makes mistakes” and “bad choices” just like everybody else.

The ‘Fight for This Love’ singer, who recently separated from husband Ashley Cole after it was alleged he cheated on her with several different women, loves being an inspiration to other women but is adamant she often has regrets about her own life.

The 26-year-old beauty, who was found guilty of assaulting a nightclub toilet attendant in 2003 said, “I’m still a human being, so obviously there’s going to be times when I make mistakes or make a bad choice or a bad outfit – whatever the case may be. But I’m hoping that is also inspirational to other women, it’s just one of those things.”

Cheryl was recently voted the Most Inspiration Woman of the Decade, beating the likes of Dame Helen Mirren, Oprah Winfrey and Britain’s Queen Elizabeth.

On learning about the honor, Cheryl told BBC Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton: “I’m stuck for words. Do you know what, there’s not a better feeling actually that you can have than being an inspiration to someone else, whether it’s through a song, or something you say or what you wear. I just love the feeling of inspiring other women.”
