Billie Piper Dreams To Star in Musical

Billie Piper wants to star in a musical.

The ‘Secret Diary of a Call Girl’ actress, who shot to fame when she released the single ‘Because We Want To’ aged just 15 in 1998, admits it would be her idea of “heaven” to combine singing with acting, but only if she could do the musical parts in advance.

She said, “A musical film is my idea of heaven. You can pre-record, you don’t have to sing live. Singing live was the bit I hated the most. I never felt like a confident singer.

“I would really love to do a musical, I don’t know in what capacity but something funny.”

Despite her ambition, the 27-year-old star – who has an 18-month-old son Winston with husband Laurence Fox, insists she will never re-launch her singing career.

She added to Britain’s Glamour magazine, “I don’t play my songs to anyone. It’s one of those things I lock in a box and it’s very deep in my stomach.

“There’s not enough money in the world to get me singing ‘Because We Want To’ again. I wouldn’t do it. I think Beyonce Knowles got a couple of million for a private show but I would be happy to turn it down.”

Hilary Swank Surprised Boyfriend With Flight

Hilary Swank surprised her boyfriend by giving him a lift during one of her flight lessons.

The actress, who recently portrayed aviator Amelia Earhart in ‘Amelia’ – took a detour during her training for her pilot’s license, canceled partner John Campisi’s flight and took her plane to pick him up instead.

She said, “I absolutely love flying. I picked up my boyfriend from a meeting in Las Vegas. I said to my instructor, ‘Can we pick my boyfriend up?’ and he said, ‘Sure.’ So we flew to Vegas and showed up at the airport. John said, ‘You canceled my flight and I’m getting in that plane?’ And I’m like, ‘You’d better – we flew all this way to get you!’ He white-knuckled it the whole flight.”

The 35-year-old actress, who had to learn how to fly for her role in the film, claims she wasn’t frightened by her lessons and loves trying out new and “exhilarating” dare-devil stunts.

She said, “Not many things make me nervous. Flying, skydiving and bungee jumping are exhilarating: a reminder that you’re alive.”

Chipmunk: Kanye West’s Fashion Sense Changed Hiphop

Chipmunk claims Kanye West’s fashion sense changed hip-hop.

The ‘Chip Diddy Chip’ hitmaker, whose real name is Jahmaal Noel Fyffe, is inspired by the ‘Stronger’ singer because of the way he refuses to conform to stereotypes.

Chipmunk said, “Kanye changed hip-hop culture itself. I don’t wear skinny jeans, but he does and gets away with it. I respect that.”

The London-born star also blasted his critics, who have accused him of selling out by making commercially successful records.

He said, “Some people think, ‘He’s making pop songs now because he’s signed, they changed him.’

“No, I wanted to make some pop songs so I did. If you want to hate me, hate me. For every 10 that hate me, 10,000 love me.”

Chipmunk recently said he wants his collaborations to become more unpredictable.

He said, “Collaborations are nice at first. It gives new artists a leg up. But I don’t want people to expect who is gonna be on my next album and for them to actually appear on it.”

Michelle McGee’s Fling With Pink’s Husband Carey Hart

Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee had a brief relationship with Pink’s husband, it has been claimed.

According to Michelle’s ex-husband Shane Modica the tattoo model, who had an affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James, had sex with motocross racer Carey Hart after meeting him in 2008.

Shane told RadarOnline.com, “I knew about her fling with Carey Hart, Michelle told me that she had slept with him. She flew out to Las Vegas to see him but she was upset that they never got to spend as much time together as she expected too.”

At the time Carey was separated from Pink, who he reconciled with in 2009.

A source close to Pink and Carey claims the racer and Michelle met at the ASR (Action Sports Retailer) convention in San Diego in September 2008, and got together at a private house afterwards.

Shane also claims Carey visited Michelle at a San Diego strip club to watch her perform, but the fling quickly fizzled out.

He added, “One of her female friends was friendly with Carey also and Michelle got angry that things did not pan out as they expected.

“This was before her time with Jesse James. It is so typical of Michelle because she always goes for the guy who she thinks… can help her out.”

Robert Downey Jr. Likes Working With Producer Wife

Robert Downey Jr. loves working with his wife.

The actor, who married producer Susan Levin in 2005, two years after they met on the set of ‘Gothika’ – admits he struggles more on movie sets if his spouse isn’t there because they enjoy getting the chance to “escape” together.

He said, “We love working together. It’s hard not to work together and, believe me, I know my place.

“Making movies is so energy and time-consuming that it takes you away from your real life for big chunks of time and, so, I get to escape with her as opposed to from her.”

The ‘Iron Man’ star also claimed having a wife who works in the movie industry has helped him understand how much of a “creep” he can be.

He added, “Because I’m married to a producer, I’m also kind of being given an education into what it’s like to manage a bunch of creeps like me, and what it actually takes to get something done.”

Shia LaBeouf Reveals Dark Side

Shia LaBeouf has a “dark side”.

The ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps’ actor, who is dating actress Carey Mulligan, could never be as squeaky-clean as other Hollywood stars because he has always been “a ruffian”.

He explained, “I’ve never been like Zac Efron. I am a bit of an a*shole. I have a dark side. I’m a bit of a ruffian. I’ve never tried to be anything else. I was never educated properly because I got kicked out of every school.”

Shia has also admitted the only reason he wanted to be a Hollywood star was because the large pay would help ease his family’s financial problems.

He added, “Initially, it was all money driven. I didn’t give a s**t about arts. We were as broke as balls, so I just wanted to move my family into better digs.”

The 23-year-old star also revealed he has banned himself from celebrity parties for the sake of his career as he doesn’t trust himself around alcohol.

He told Britain’s Glamour magazine, “I am not good at going to parties and doing the schmoozy thing. I drink to get drunk, so I don’t go to social things for a couple of drinks because two and two makes 12… The way I deal with being at those functions is to get wasted. And that jeopardizes what I love and what keeps my family fed, and builds my self-worth. I’d risk too much.”
