Bruce Willis has been accused of ruining a $27,700 rug.

The ‘Die Hard’ actor, who allegedly bought a handmade wool and silk carpet from Mansour, a fine rug store in Los Angeles – is being sued by the company after he returned the item with a red wine stain and is refusing to accept he made the mark or is offering to pay for the damage.

According to a lawsuit filed by Los Angeles County Superior Court, the company delivered the rug, which had been discounted by 10 per cent, to his home in December when it was in perfect condition.

Six weeks later, Bruce – who had the item altered a few inches – then decided he wanted to return it, even though he hadn’t yet paid for it.

When Mansour representatives came to collect the rug it had however been stained with “spilled or dripped red wine”.

According to court documents, the 54-year-old star claims no one in the Willis household caused the wine damage, while the rug company are also adamant the stain didn’t exist when they originally delivered it.

Bruce’s lawyer Marty Singer has branded the lawsuit was “ridiculous”.

It has previously been claimed Katy is planning to wear a daring midriff-baring wedding gown and though Russell doesn’t want to upstage his bride, he has promised his attire for the big day will be no less shocking.

He said, “I think it would be unfair to say this day is all about me.

“I’m going to wear a tuxedo and a top hat with no pants and I’m going to paint my penis with lipstick. This is her day. It’s not about those mental images.”

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are renewing their wedding vows.

“He would get embarrassed. He’d have accidents onstage. He’d have to change clothes and come back because of the way we were trying to treat his constipation.”

According to Dr. Nichopoulos, Elvis suffered from a hereditary condition called bowel paralysis, and the autopsy revealed his colon was five to six inches in diameter, compared to the usual two to three inches.

Speaking to Fox News about the release of his book ‘The King and Doctor Nick’, he said, “If they had done the colostomy then, he’d probably still be here.”

Writing in her GOOP newsletter, Gwyneth also claims she has to diet in short spurts to get good results.

“To really get in line, I follow her strict diet for five days to lose my extra winter weight. Now, I am not a good dieter and I cannot every do it for long – only when there is a goal in sight, which there was in this case.”

Previously the ‘Iron Man 2′ star has revealed her distaste at the idea of dieting, and claims she puts on weight as soon as she thinks about cutting down on food.

She said, “I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I’m here it’s so great because I don’t have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief is that.

“I can eat what I want, as long as I exercise, which is just as well, because if I put the word ‘diet’ into my brain, I immediately gain a stone.”
