Kelly Rowland loses weight easily.

The singer loves having womanly curves, but admits she can quickly and simple lose extra pounds if she feels she has gotten too heavy.

She said, “I have to admit, I do lose weight easily. Sorry, I know that’s an annoying thing to say, but it’s true. If I put in the work the weight goes. I do like having curves though, so I don’t like to lose too much weight. I like to feel like a woman.”

The 29-year-old star maintains her physique with regular exercise sessions and claims to see results instantly if she needs to step up her workouts in preparation for an event.

She explained, “I keep in shape by doing yoga three or four times a week if I get time. It’s great for toning and also for stress relief. I also go on an exercise bike for about 30-45 minutes twice a week if I can. If I stick to that for two weeks solidly I’ll tone up really quickly.

“If I know I’m going to be on the beach in a bikini I’ll do squats because they’re so good for your butt. They keep it nice and high and tight. I’ve been doing a fair few recently.”

However, Kelly admits losing weight is simpler if teamed with a healthy diet.

She added, “I’m telling you, I’m not eating sugar. I didn’t even try to lose weight. I read this book, called ‘You Are What You Eat’. The author, Gillian McKeith is talking about sugar, she’s talking about meat, she’s talking about cheese…”

Ashley Greene could never be attracted to Robert Pattinson.

The actress, who plays Alice Cullen in the ‘Twilight Saga’ franchise, can understand why people find the British star attractive, but after working with him on the movies, could only ever see him as a colleague.

She said, “I understand. I don’t see him on the same level, he’s just this guy I made a film with.”

The 23-year-old actress also spoke about how much she enjoyed getting bruised while fight training for scenes in ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’.

She told Total Film magazine, “We took each character and keyed the fight sequence to their characteristics, so Alice was very dancer-esque almost like ‘The Matrix’. I was sore, and I was bruised, and I loved every second of it.”

Ashley believes the action-packed third film is going to be a winner with both men and women.

She explained, “I definitely think it’s a movie that the girls are going to enjoy because there’s Rob Pattinson, and there’s also a lot that the guys will enjoy because it’s high drama, high action.”

So it’s just under two weeks until Futurama gets back on the air after seven years of being all canceled and stuff.

Kelly Osbourne bought her fiance a puppy because he’s jealous of her dog.

The presenter, whose parents are Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, splashed out on a pet for model Luke Worrall in a bit to curb his envy over her relationship with her puppy Sid.

She said, “Luke’s always been a bit jealous of how much my dog Sid loves me and ignores him, so we got him a puppy of his own. We went from New York to West Virginia (on a private jet, which was amazing) to pick up a new dog for my dad – and once we saw the other puppy, we just had to have him too for Luke.”

The couple have now named the tiny pup Woody and Kelly is falling for him as much as her other dog.

Kelly explained, “We’ve named him Woody and he’s only 10 weeks old, and probably weighs less than a pound. He’s the cutest ball of fluff I’ve ever seen – other than Sid of course!”

Gary Coleman left all his assets to a mystery woman, a third will filed yesterday, June 11, states.

The ‘Diff’rent Strokes’ actor, who died aged 42 after suffering a brain haemorrhage last month, named Anna Gray as executor of his estate and bequeathed all his assets to her in the 23-page document, which is dated February 3 2005.

Anna, who has been reported as being the CEO of his corporation,  filed the will in Utah yesterday, days after the actor’s ex-wife Shannon Price submitted a handwritten 2007 document which left everything to her, and soon after his former manager Dion Mial handed in a 1999 will, which named him as executor of the late star’s estate.

Gary ’s agent Robert Malcolm described Anna as his client’s most trusted friend and says she even lived with him, in separate bedrooms, before he met Shannon and relocated to Utah .

He told Entertainment Tonight, “When Shannon moved in, the relationship got difficult because Shannon didn’t like the fact that there was somebody else in his life and, of course, he sided with Shannon and Anna was asked to leave.”

If the 2005 will is valid, it will override the document filed by Dion.

Though the 2007 will was written later, there are doubts over its validity as it was not witnessed or notarised.

However, Shannon’s lawyer insists he intends to continue working on putting his client in control of Gary ’s affairs.

Attorney Todd A. Bradford told RadarOnline.com, “I will handle everything as I would have before, because the 2007 addendum names Shannon as the sole beneficiary.

“I don’t think this would affect her legal rights because the codicil was written in 2007 and this new will is from two years earlier.”

Kate Hudson is dating Matt Bellamy.

The ‘Fool’s Gold’ actress, who was most recently romantically linked with baseball star Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez, has reportedly enjoyed a string of dates with the Muse frontman but has been trying desperately to keep their romance under wraps.

A source close to the British rocker said, “Matt has been over to America to hang out with Kate.

“But they have done everything they can to avoid being seen together in the early stages of their relationship.”

The couple were spotted having dinner together in a New York eatery earlier this week, but plan to make their first official pubic appearance together at the Glastonbury festival – which Muse are headlining – in Somerset, South England, later this month.

The source added to The Sun newspaper, “Things are going so well Kate is planning to fly to the UK to hang out with Matt at the festival.

The ‘Invictus’ actor, who raises three children with wife Luciana Bozan Barraso, was reportedly seen enjoying a quick nap on his feet backstage at a recent Save the Children fundraiser in Greenwich, Connecticut.

An onlooker told the National Enquirer magazine, “Someone asked him if he was ok, and Matt woke up.

“He explained he recently found out he can nod off on his feet.”

Matt’s ability to take a nap anywhere could be handy in the future as he is expecting to get even busier in his career.

Speaking of his future ambitions, he said recently, “I want to direct someday and I can’t really pass up the chance to work with the people I’m getting to work with.

“I’ve worked with Paul Greengrass three times now, and Clint Eastwood twice, and Steven Soderbergh five or six times, and the Cohen Brothers. As long as that keeps happening, I can’t see myself taking time off, unless the work dried up.”
