The last pictures taken of Gary Coleman as he lay dying in a Utah hospital room have been sold to the highest bidder for a reported ten thousand dollars.

Although the peddler of the pictures, which ran in Globe Magazine beside the headline “IT WAS MURDER,” has not been confirmed by the publication, it is thought that Coleman’s estranged wife Shannon Price took and then sold the pictures in an attempt to further profit from the actor’s death:

Dion Mial, the executor of Coleman’s will, accused Price, 24, of selling the morbid image to Globe… Globe’s parent company American Media confirmed it purchased the picture, however, spokesperson Samantha Trenk would not disclose the price paid or who sold the photo, according to CNN.com.

Mial was named executor of Coleman’s will by a Utah court, but he was unable to stop the release of the images. Mial, who was a longtime friend of Coleman’s and was once his manager, calls the sale of the gruesome photos part of Price’s “ongoing desperate attempt” to wring as much cash as possible out of Coleman’s sudden death.

Price is said to have been shopping interview opportunities for as much as $50,000 in the days following her ex-husband’s demise. Price’s press rep did not confirm or deny that Price sold the images, but did say that she needed to raise money for lawyers.

Gary Coleman’s ashes will be scattered on train tracks.

The ‘Diff’rent Strokes’ actor’s ex-wife Shannon Price says Coleman asked to be cremated and wants the remainder of him to be put in a place which was close to his heart.

She said, “To spread some of them around some train tracks because trains were his hobby and he loved that very much. And I think that he would really appreciate that I did that for him.”

Although the couple were divorced at the time of the 42-year-old star’s death from a brain hemorrhage last month, Shannon, 24, insists she has a legal document from 2007 showing “he wanted me to have everything”.

However, Coleman’s former manager Dion Mial’s lawyer Kent Alderman claims their split effectively nullifies any document she has.

Coleman’s will from 1999 was filed yesterday, June 8, which stated his wishes for his funeral, including who should be there.

In it, he stated he wanted only “those who have no financial ties to me and who can look each other in the eyes and say they really cared personally for Gary Coleman”.

The document appoints Mial, 46, as executor of his estate, giving him the power to set funeral plans in motion, assess the value of the estate and decide how any money is to be paid out according to a trust.

It’s thought Coleman didn’t leave much money when he died with his main asset being his $315,000 home.

A date for the funeral is still to be set.

Britney Spears has been accused of sexually harassing her minder.

Former policeman Fernando Flores, 29, has quit his job as the pop superstar’s head bodyguard after the mother-of-two allegedly paraded around naked in front of him on numerous occasions.

Flores is now reportedly considering a sexual harassment lawsuit against the ‘Toxic’ singer.

A friend of the father-of-two said, “She was always giving him the come on and he felt if he didn’t reciprocate he could lose his job. He finally handed in his notice last week and is considering legal action.

“Working for Britney is tough. She’s a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control. She runs round the house naked and yelling at staff.”

The situation had increasingly become “unbearable” for Flores, but he was finally motivated to quit when he was blamed by Britney’s father Jamie for the singer going out without any underwear.

The pal explained, “Unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him, so he was under more pressure than most. He wanted to be a good security guard and look after her but the situation became unbearable.

“It was embarrassing to tell her to put on underwear. Some guys would do it but others were too ashamed.”

Lindsay Lohan’s bail has been increased to $200,000 after she violated the terms of her release.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress’ alcohol-monitoring SCRAM bracelet, which is worn on her ankle, went off at a party following the MTV Movie awards on Sunday night, June 6, leading Judge Marsha Revel to call an emergency meeting yesterday and double Lindsay’s bail.

The judge said she made her decision after receiving “results” from the court-ordered monitor.

Lindsay, 23, had been banned from drinking under the conditions of her recent probation for driving under the influence (DUI) convictions, and is adamant this latest reading was wrong.

Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said, “This morning Judge Revel was advised by a SCRAM representative that Ms. Lohan’s court-ordered alcohol bracelet had indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night. Having just received the report, I am not in a position to speak to its accuracy or validity, however Ms. Lohan maintains that she has been in complete compliance with all of the terms of her probation and her bail. Bail has again been posted in Ms. Lohan’s case and she will continue to comply with all of Judge Revel’s orders.”

Lindsay has denied she the monitor was set off, claiming the flashing came from a bracelet with lights in it.

She tweete, “My scram wasn’t set off-Its physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it to go off-All of these false reports are absolutely wrong.

“also, they can check probation records for alcohol as i got tested YESTERDAY.(sic)”

A bench warrant for Lindsay’s arrest was recalled after a bail bondsman put up 10 per cent of the large sum.

It is believed Lindsay will go to prison if she violates the terms again before her next court appearance on July 6.

Lindsay’s estranged father Michael Lohan has also spoken out about his “upset” at the news.

He told Access Hollywood, “This is a girl who is not a criminal but has a severe addiction problem.

“I do not want this girl in jail, she does not belong there. I beg the court, the district attorney and Lindsay’s lawyer to finally listen to me and entertain my proposal to get Lindsay help, the help she needs.”

Kendra Wilkinson believes her sex tape will make her a better parent.

The blonde beauty, who made the video when she was 18 with ex-boyfriend Justin Frye, is “hurt” the footage is being released as a DVD, entitled ‘Kendra Exposed’, but thinks ultimately she and her American footballer husband Hank Baskett will be able to teach their son six-month-old Hank Baskett IV a moral lesson from it.

In the wake of the news of the sex tape’s release, it was reported the couple were planning to have another child, something the former Playboy model denies.

Kendra, who turns 25 this Saturday June 12, said, “There are rumours out there saying we want to fix our marriage by having another child – that is such cr*p.

“We’re not going to have kids just because a sex tape came out. That’s just stupid.”

The ‘Girls Next Door’ star also denied suggestions she is actually pleased the tape has come out, and that she had a role in its release by pornography company Vivid Entertainment.

She said, “I’m a very open person, very honest about my life, but a sex tape is definitely not what I wanted in my life.

“I didn’t do it out of fame, I didn’t do it for money – I did it because I was in love with him. It just sucks. It’s really embarrassing.”

Cheryl Cole was named Woman of the Year last night, June 8.

The 26-year-old singer was handed the prestigious prize at the Glamour Awards which were held in London’s Berkeley Square.

Upon collecting the accolade, Cheryl, who is currently divorcing cheating husband Ashley Cole said, “Four or five years ago I’d never dreamt I’d be here amongst so many women. One person I definitely have to thank is my dentist. So thank you very much.”

Other winners at the annual ceremony hosted by the women’s magazine includes Dannii Minogue who was presented with the TV Personality of the Year award, Lily Allen who received the Solo Artist of the Year accolade and Billie Piper who was named UK TV Actress of the Year.

Earlier in the evening, Cheryl admitted it felt strange attending the ceremony, which was hosted by British comic star James Corden, alone.

She told UK television show ‘GMTV’, “I’m feeling really good, I’m really excited actually. I’ve never been to one of these things alone – last time I was here was years ago with the girls, so it’s really exciting.”

Charlotte Church’s fiance Gavin Henson couldn’t deal with her newfound success.

The rugby star, who became engaged to the ‘Crazy Chick’ singer just two months ago, is said to have been unable to “accept” how well her career was going after shedding weight and joining the judging panel on BBC1 talent search show ‘Over The Rainbow’.

A source said, “Charlotte and Gavin have always had jealous rows, but they’ve become worse in the last six months.

“He couldn’t accept that her career has taken off again, while his is on hold. All he did was dictate his opinions and criticize her being too thin and looking tired. In the end Charlotte snapped and told him she wouldn’t take his c**p anymore.”

The insider added the 28-year-old sportsman continued to berate Charlotte even when other people were applauding her success.

The source said, “Gavin was dragging Charlotte down when everyone else was applauding her. She worked her socks off to get back on top. They have two beautiful children and an amazing life, but all he seemed to do was sulk because she brought in more money than he did.

“Their engagement was her entertaining a fantasy before their relationship died. All the trust and support was gone.”

In a statement released when they split last week, a spokesperson confirmed the showbiz couple would do all they could do “minimize the impact” of the break up on their children Ruby, two and 16-mont-old Dexter.

The statement read, “They are trying their hardest to deal with this difficult time for both of them in a way which will minimize the impact on their two young children.

“They fully intend to work together and cooperate in ensuring there is as little disruption as possible to the children’s lives.”

Amy Winehouse’s new boyfriend is a “gift from the gods”.

The troubled ‘Rehab’ singer’s mother Janis is delighted that she has ended her romance with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil to embark on a relationship with film director Reg Traviss and can’t wait to meet him.

The 45-year-old actress was supposed to receive her Generation Award prize at the MTV Movie Awards from Zac Efron, but rearranged plans so she could kiss 25-year-old Scarlett Johansson live on stage at the event.

A source said, “Scarlett was originally supposed to present a different award with Zac Efron, but when Sandy heard Scarlett would be there, she reached out to her.

“It was a pre-planned, scripted kiss and producers knew about – and it was Sandra’s camp’s idea.”

A source told NYDailyNews.com Johansson was “obviously more than fine with it”.

The pair were believed to have discussed the idea at the Spike TV Guys Choice Awards.

Since the event on Sunday night, June 6, Sandra has proclaimed the ‘Lost in Translation’ star as having excellent skills, saying, “Scarlett is a great kisser.”

As well as picking up the Generation Award, she also won Entertainer of the Year at the Spike TV Awards the day before the MTV Awards, and joked it was because of the explosive revelations regarding her break-up from husband Jesse James, who had an affair with a tattoo model.
