Kimberley Walsh is “rubbish” at working out.

The Girls Aloud beauty admits she often can’t always be bothered to exercise, because she finds keeping fit too boring.

She said, “I’m a bit rubbish. I’m like most girls in that I go in and out of phases for a couple of weeks. I think, ‘Right, I’m going to go to the gym or do a DVD workout’ for a few weeks but then I’ll be rubbish for a few weeks and that’s just the way it goes. I know a lot of my friends are the same. I’m out of the zone at the moment, but who knows – at some stage I might come back. I just struggle to make that a big priority in my life – it’s a bit boring.”

Although she doesn’t enjoy exercise, Kimberley is constantly watching the calories because of her sweet tooth.

She explained, “I’ve always had to be aware of what I eat. If I just ate what I wanted I would be twice the size that I am. So I am aware of it, but again, I have good and bad days, good and bad weeks. If I’m being bad, I love sweet things like chocolate, ice cream, cakes – all the really bad stuff. But if it isn’t really bad, it doesn’t seem worth it! And when I stop myself, I just want it more, so I try to have everything in moderation.

“There is pressure to look good, but for some reason I seem to manage to put it to the back of my mind and not let it bother me too much. You just have to be happy and comfortable in yourself. I’m 28 now – I’ve been through all those times of feeling insecure and having those worries, and I’m not going to do that anymore. I don’t care what anyone says.”

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been placed in isolation following a “hysterical fit”.

The 24-year-old actress, who started her sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood , California on Tuesday, June 20, is said to have broken down in tears, screaming at wardens, forcing them to take her away from other inmates.

Newly-released Cheryl Presser, 43, told the Daily Mirror newspaper, “She is in with the killers and she has only been let out for hour-long breaks, and during those she was locked down to a table.

“On Friday, July 23, Lindsay got put on lockdown. While some of us got two hours to go to the yard, or the TV room, Lindsay was on total lockdown.

“She had a hysterical fit, crying and yelling so she got put in isolation.”

Another former inmate claimed Lindsay was upset because other prisoners had been poking fun at her by calling her ‘Firecrotch’, the nickname she was infamously given by oil heir Brandon Davis.

The source said, “She was just sitting in her cell staring straight ahead. Sometimes wailing, but mostly just sitting.

“Some of the inmates in our ward, some of the tougher ones, were yelling ‘fire crotch’ at her.

“They just started chanting it at her. Lindsay didn’t say nothing. She was crying though.”

It is believed the actress was briefly admitted to the nearby Lofts medical centre and checked over following the incident.

Cheryl also revealed the ‘Mean Girls’ star has failed to win over other inmates because her constant crying keeps them awake at night.

She said, “The wards are cold and smelly – they stink. The air conditioning is turned up so high that you can’t sleep because of the cold. Inmates try and shove the air vents full of toilet paper to stop the air coming out, but it doesn’t work.

“Lindsay would lie there shivering all night, crying and trying to cover her face with her hands. Her wailing was keeping everyone awake.”

Lindsay is expected to serve less than 14 days of the 90-day sentence she was given for breaching the terms of probation set for her 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) conviction.

Any spare time I did have I wasn’t hanging around because I would go home to my family, but since we finished the movie we’ve become great friends.”

Jessica Biel thinks criticism can be “toxic”.

The ‘A-Team’ actress admits she tries to avoid paying attention to negative opinions because she doesn’t want to live her life trying to please others.

She said, “If you let in, what people say about you and how people think about you, it’s just toxic. It’s just horrible to try to please a bunch of people that you’ve never met before, who want to just make assumptions about your life and your career.”

Although she doesn’t like the negative response she can receive whilst in the public eye, Jessica also finds it difficult to accept a compliment.

She explained, “I think you just kind of go with it more than anything else, because it’s incredibly flattering to have that said about you. But come on, let’s get serious, there are a lot of people around the world that we don’t know about who are probably incredibly beautiful, so it just feels like, ‘OK, cool. Thanks, I appreciate it.’ ”

Kelly Osbourne used to think she’d be dead before she turned 25.

The reality TV star, who was previously addicted to prescription drugs, finds it “scary” that so many people have lost their lives after taking high quantities of the same medications she used to abuse.

She said, “Five years ago I thought I’d be dead, or real close to it, by now. It’s one of those things where other people’s tragedy brings it home. The amount of people who have died this year alone from the same stuff I’ve done is scary.

“The biggest drug dealers in the world are doctors. And there are a lot of doctors in Los Angeles .”

However, the 26-year-old star, who recently split from fiance Luke Worrall, explained she now enjoys a more sedate lifestyle, and has swapped wild nights out for sweating it out at the gym.

She said, “I don’t go out in LA. What am I going to do in a club? I’ve done it a million times since I was 12! If I want to dance, I’ll put on my CD player and dance around my room.

“I’ve become addicted to the gym. I work out every day for half an hour, unless I’m with a trainer, and then it’s more.”

Angelina Jolie is “very goofy”

The actress, who raises six children with partner Brad Pitt, is famed for her action skills in movies including ‘Lara Croft: Tomb Raider’ and ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ and her humanitarian work but admits that she is not as serious as people think.

She revealed, “Personally I think I’m very goofy. I probably laugh more than people imagine. But I don’t think I’d be very good in a comedy, I might be better as a straight man.”

However the actress is not planning to swap action roles for comedy any time soon, admitting that loves doing stunts.

When asked if partner Brad gets worried about her daredevil stunts she explained, “He’s not fearful at all. We met doing stunts together and he knows I could do pretty much anything I decide to.

“He’ll ask me to double check my harness or not to get sloppy on the roof, but we both are very, very responsible”.

The actor was watching the soccer World Cup quarter final game between Brazil and Holland in South Africa when he slipped off to visit public toilet, but needed to be saved after his stall was “stampeded” by men and women desperate to catch a glimpse of him doing his business.

A source said, “Leo, hoping he’d be incognito in dark sunglasses and a baseball cap, slipped into a stall in the stadium men’s room. But all of a sudden, the stall began shaking and Leo freaked when he heard blaring, buzzing vuvuzela soccer horns and people shouting his name. He thought the stall was about to cave in on him, and screamed for help!”

Eventually the 35-year-old star’s screams were heard by security staff, who quickly set about removing the public from the bathroom.

The source explained to the National Enquirer magazine, “Leo was finally able to unlock the door and escape, but he was white as a ghost, demanding to know what had happened. He was told that some fans saw through his ‘disguise’ and spotted him entering the men’s room. Word spread like wildfire, and males and females alike stampeded his stall, hoping to get a glimpse of him.”
