Chris Tucker reportedly owes $11.5 million in unpaid taxes.

The actor-and-comedian, who was paid $20 million for each film he starred in for the ‘Rush Hour’ franchise, is believed to owe the huge sum to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) after failing to pay taxes in 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006.

In addition to the $11.5 million figure, the 37-year-old star is also reportedly in $3.6 million worth of debt to the state of California.

Officials at the IRS have now filed documents with the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office to launch legal proceedings in the hope of retrieving the unpaid taxes.

Tucker is not the first celebrity to fall foul of the US tax system.

In 2007, Jennifer Lopez’s husband Marc Anthony was ordered to pay $2.5 million in back taxes, after he failed to file returns from 2000 to 2004 – a period when he is believed to have earned $15.5 million.

Similarly, ‘National Treasure’ actor Nicolas Cage was forced to sell off many of his assets – including properties, yachts and a 67-million-year-old dinosaur skull worth $276,000 – after being hit with a $6.3 million tax bill last year.

Earlier this month, Wesley Snipes lost his appeal against a three-year jail sentence for wilfully failing to file federal income tax returns in April 2008.

Miranda Kerr will have a “crazy-hot baby”.

The pregnant Australian catwalk beauty’s fellow Victoria’s Secret model Jessica White has congratulated Miranda and her husband Orlando Bloom on their happy news and insists the tot couldn’t get a better start in life when it comes to good looking genes.

Jessica told America’s OK! magazine, “She’s preggos! I’m very excited.

“I’m happy for her. Love is in the air, and good for her. I think she and Orlando make a really beautiful couple and they’ve been together for a while, so I wish them all the best. And it’s going to be a crazy-hot baby.”

The pregnancy news broke yesterday, July 28, with Miranda reportedly telling friends she was expecting.

A source said, “She’s definitely pregnant… Miranda’s thrilled. She’s telling all her friends, mostly other models, about it.”

It has now been claimed Orlando, 33, let slip to hotel staff the 27-year-old model was pregnant during their honeymoon on the Caribbean isle of Anguilla last week.

A hotel worker said, “He kept apologising for Miranda being grumpy.

“He said she wasn’t well as she was pregnant. They looked very much in love.”

Jessica Biel is addicted to cheese.

The ‘A-Team’ actress sticks to a strict diet and exercise regime when she is shooting her movies, which means she has to go without the calorific dairy delight, much to her annoyance.

She told BANG Showbiz, “I have a pretty good diet, pretty much, when I’m working. “When I’m not working it goes out of the window. I’m very much a savoury person. I love pizza, bread, pasta and cheese.

“Cheese on top of cheese, on top of cheese! It’s the best.”

Jessica has been in the UK this week promoting ‘The A-Team’ and admits her favourite thing about coming to Britain is the food.

The 28-year-old beauty has a particular fondness for crumpets, a delicious bread snack traditionally topped with butter and jam.

Jessica, who plays military hardliner Charisa Sosa in the reimagining of the 80s TV show said, “I love the British food! What are those things… crumpets! Crumpets are amazing. I had poached eggs on them the other morning but I really like butter or jam. I’m a great fan of, oh what’s that stuff again? Cottage cheese!”

Earlier this month, Jessica admitted she has to work hard to maintain toned physique.

She said, “This doesn’t just happen naturally. I eat very well and that means staying away from sugar, coffee, bread, wheat and gluten – all the fun stuff that everyone wants to eat! It’s hard but I’m very disciplined.”

Detectives are investigating an alleged $15 million mediation deal between Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the matter in relation to both Mel’s extortion claim against the Russian singer and Oksana’s domestic violence claims against the actor, according to gossip website TMZ.

It is believed Oskana, who has a nine-month-old daughter Lucia with Mel, promised not to release explosive audio tapes documenting their vicious arguments and alleged attacks made by the Hollywood star as part of the mediation agreement.

The $15 million deal, which Oskana ultimately rejected, included child support, a house and other assets in return for keeping all “evidence” associated with the case confidential.

A source connected with the mediation said, “Oskana and her lawyer pulled out all the ammo they had that would embarrass Mel, and now things are surfacing after the fact that call her credibility into question.”

Oksana claims to have photographic evidence of a black eye following a January 6 fight with the 54-year-old actor.

The close-up shot allegedly shows the 40-year-old beauty with deep bruises around her left eye.

Sources involved in the mediation say Oksana never mentioned a black eye or the photos during discussions.

Sheriff’s investigators are looking at all the claims and evidence to evaluate Oksana’s credibility and to determine if there is proof of extortion.

Meanwhile, Oksana Grigorieva has appointed a new public relations manager Howard Bragman after her last publicist Steve Jaffe quit on Wednesday, July 28.

Katie Price fears she will be attacked by a fan.

Speaking at the signing of her new novel ‘Paradise’ at a HMV store in London yesterday, July 28, she said, “I always used to do pictures for fans in front of the signing table but I don’t do that any more. I have changed everything. I feel safer sitting behind the table now.

However, after a week on the show- reportedly for an addiction to “pills” and alcohol- Uchitel fled for the “swanky” Beverly Hills L’Ermitage Hotel following a day of rehab that was intensely intense:

“Rachel simply needed some time away from the intense pressure and scrutiny that she is dealing with.

She agreed to go back to Celebrity Rehab 4. Rachel has never had to face these issues before, and talking about it pushed her over the edge, and her instinct was to run.’”

Not surprisingly, Dr. Drew managed to coax Uchitel back for further time in front of the cameras:

“Producers made her realize that if she continues to run away from her issues, she will never be able to live a healthy life,” a VH-1 insider tells us.

According to a VH1 source, Uchitel was discussing issues of “self-esteem” and “self-worth” when she made a break for it.

Kate Hudson and Muse frontman Matt Bellamy are house-hunting together.

The ‘Fool’s Gold’ actress and the British rock star are looking for a property in New York after dating for just four months.

The couple have been inseparable since meeting at the Coachella Festival in California earlier this year and believe the time is right to set up home.

A source told The Sun newspaper, “They’re very loved-up, they just click.

“Kate’s had a place in the city for five years but she wants somewhere bigger, so Matt’s suggested pooling their resources.”

Kate wants the home to have a playroom for her six-year-old son Ryder, her child from her marriage to Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, while Matt needs a studio to make music.

The source added, “Kate wants a studio for Matt and playroom for Ryder.”

Despite being snapped in public at the start of this year at a New York eatery, Kate and Matt decided to make their first official public appearance at the Glastonbury music festival in June, at which Muse was headlining.

The 31-year-old actress watched her man perform from the side of the stage and the loved-up pair spent the rest of their time at the famous event partying with pals.

Matt, 32, also met Kate’s mother, actress Goldie Hawn, earlier this month and admitted he was “quite nervous” beforehand.

And he also revealed marriage wasn’t out of the question.

He said, “We just have fun together and are seeing how it goes. Kate is great.

Liam Neeson’s family were “confused” by ‘The A-Team’.

The actor, whose wife Natasha Richardson died in a skiing accident 16 months ago, took his late spouse’s mother Vanessa Redgrave and his sons Michael, 15, and 14-year-old Daniel to see a screening of his latest movie, and admits he is unsure whether they were impressed.

Liam, who plays John ‘Hannibal’ Smith in the big screen reimagining of the cult 80s TV show – told BANG Showbiz, “I went to go see the film with my boys and my mother-in-law, Vanessa Redgrave.

“About a quarter of the way through I turned to her and she looked confused. I said, ‘Vanessa, are you following this?’ She said, ‘I’m a little bit confused but I’m loving every second of it.’

“I think I got away with it with my boys.”

The 58-year-old star’s family may get the chance to catch him in ‘A-Team’ action again after the Irish-born actor – who is joined in the film by Bradley Cooper, Sharlto Copley, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and Jessica Biel – admitted he would love to make a sequel to the movie.

He said recently, “Oh I’d love to do a sequel with the guys. They’re a great bunch.”

Lindsay Lohan will reportedly enter a rehabilitation clinic offering “holistic” therapies.

The 24-year-old actress is due to enter a treatment facility when she is released from prison as part of her sentence for breaching probation and her advisors are said to believe the Malibu Beach Recovery Center in California will be the perfect place for her to receive help for her alleged problem with prescription drugs.

Addiction specialist Marty Brenner, who is not connected to Lindsay, explained the centre’s treatment plans to FoxNews.com.

He said,, “It’s based on holistic types of treatment – things like yoga, meditation and focus on a healthy nutritious diet.

“It isn’t a 12-step programme, but it is a place that will probably be very good for Lindsay. Right now, any place that’s going to help her detox and get off the prescription medications will be good for her.”

According to the facility’s website, Lindsay’s treatment would include a special diet “based on the finest traditions of French cuisine” that bands white rice, white bread, potatoes, sugar and caffeine, and she would also be asked to take a series of “bio-active supplements” to complement an exercise programme.

Although Lindsay is expected to serve less than two weeks of her 90-day jail sentence, experts believe she is unlikely to have her 90-day rehab stint cut short.

Marty added, “In Lindsay’s case, a 30-day program just isn’t enough for her. The judge knows that, and won’t be letting her off a day early.”

The actress’ legal representative did not respond for comment.

Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in prison followed by a 90-day stint in rehab for violating the terms of probation set following her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence (DUI).

Zac Efron wants to go long-distance sailing.

The 22-year-old actor had to learn how to handle a boat for his role in new movie ‘Charlie St. Cloud’ and though he found it difficult, he would love to pursue it further and is now planning an epic trip with his father.

He said, “Sailing is sort of hard. You can’t just say ‘I’m going sailing this weekend’. There is a lot of preparation that goes into it. You need to get a boat and a crew.

“It’s not like surfing where you just grab your board and go. But, I’d love to do it in the future. I’d like to go some long-distance sailing. I think that would be really fun. Me and my dad want to do that.”

Zac’s dream sailing trip would be to the islands of Hawaii – but he is unsure if he would make the return journey.

He added to TeenHollywood.com, “I don’t know where I would go but the sail to Hawaii is supposed to be really fun. It takes about ten days to get there. That would be a big commitment. You’d need a pretty devoted crew.

“That would take weeks and then we wouldn’t want to leave the island for the big sail back. But somewhere with clear blue water would be really fun to sail.”
