Lily Allen is being treated for whiplash.

The ‘Not Fair’ singer, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Sam Cooper, received treatment after falling over at London’s Wolseley restaurant on Tuesday, August 17, also injuring her wrist.

Tweeting about her tumble, she posted, “I fell over in the foyer of The Wolsley this morning. Tres embarrassing. Hurty wrist (sic).”

She later tweeted, “Owwwwwcch. My neck hurts. Feel free to Insert sexy time related joke here. Still not funny. My neck hurts a lot (sic).”

The 25-year-old star then received medical treatment yesterday, August 18, after her pain got worse.

She tweeted, “At the docs. Its whiplash from my fall yesterday! Oh deary me (sic).”

A source at the restaurant admitted staff were shocked when Lily fell.

One insider said, “Lily really hit the deck. She tried to laugh it off but it must have hurt.”

The ‘Smile’ hitmaker, who was left devastated after suffering a miscarriage with then-boyfriend Ed Simons’ baby in January 2008, announced her pregnancy earlier this month after weeks of speculation.

The ‘Teenage Dream’ singer, who met the British funnyman when she was recording a cameo for his movie ‘Get Him To The Greek,’ says she feels she has found a “life partner” in her fiancé, and knew as soon as they met that they would be together forever.

She told USA Today newspaper, “You know when you know, and I just knew. He stopped my world. I’m wildly attracted to him. I do feel a little bit like Elvis Presley’s wife Priscilla. It’s been so lovely.

Although they are blissfully happy together, it was claimed earlier this week that Katy, 25, and Russell, 35, set aside an hour each day to talk with a relationship advisor in order to keep their relationship on track.

A source said, “Relationship counselling was Katy’s idea because she was adamant they should make their relationship rock solid.

“As a result they both clear an hour in their schedules every day to have a conference call with a therapist, talking things over and making their bond as watertight as possible.”

The ‘Twilight’ hunk has topped Glamour’s 50 Sexiest Men poll for the second year running, after fighting off stiff competition from other actors starring in vampire-based productions.

The top five was dominated by ‘Twilight’ actors, with 18-year-old Taylor Lautner – who plays Jacob Black, the werewolf love rival to Robert’s character Edward Cullen in the hit film franchise –in second place, and Xavier Samuel and Kellan Lutz placed fourth and fifth respectively.

The hunky trio were rivaled by ‘The Vampire Diaries’ star Ian Somerhalder, who was voted third in the survey, proving that women can’t get enough of men with fangs.

Glamour’s acting editor Charlotte Duck said, “Women are attracted to vampires because of the element of danger that comes with them. They are the ultimate bad boys – and women want to tame the beasts.”

The list, which was compiled from over 50,000 votes by readers of Glamour.com, also included many shocks, with many attractive stars being placed further down the list than in previous years.

Johnny Depp dropped from second place to sixth, while soccer star David Beckham slipped from fourth down to 21st.

Hollywood legend George Clooney only reached position 35 on the list, while Leonardo DiCaprio, Keanu Reeves and Jude Law, who have scored highly in the survey in recent years, did not even feature.

A spa owner with a former client list including Liv Tyler, Jennifer Aniston, Cher, Anne Hathaway and Melanie Griffith is set to appear in federal court today on charges stemming from the unauthorized use of clients’ credit cards.

Owner of Chez Gabriela Studio Maria Gabriela Perez is said to have hit Tyler the hardest, with fradulent charges of $214,000. (But when a basic facial costs $3,500, an iffy six figure sum seems a little less bold.) Assistant U.S. Attorney Wesley Hu said the scam was pretty simple:

“After the clients had legitimate services performed at the salon where they ran credit cards, she kept the credit card information and then ran unauthorized charges on the credit cards.”

Jennifer Aniston was interviewed this morning about her dealings with the spa, and said that she stopped patronizing Perez’s establishment a few years back but declined to elaborate on the circumstances:

Aniston said today on “Good Morning America” that she stopped going to Perez’ studio about five years ago.

“We had a situation that was not cool,” Aniston said. “So I stopped going to her. Paid her the money and left.

“I knew something like this would eventually happen.”

Perez faces up to 25 years in jail if convicted.

Heidi Montag’s divorce from Spencer Pratt will be finalized on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2011.

The blonde beauty served her spouse with divorce papers last month but her ‘Hills’ co-star held off signing documents confirming he had received them until August 13.

According to Californian law, Heidi will have to wait six months from that date before the divorce can be completed – meaning their marriage will not legally be over until the traditional romantic day for couples next year.

Heidi married 27-year-old Spencer in April 2009, separating 15 months later, with the.23-year-old star citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

Spencer – who is believed to have deliberately chosen the date he signed the documents – recently admitted he and Heidi had gone their separate ways because she wanted to enjoy married life out of the spotlight, while he had his sights set on increasing his fame.

He said, “We love each other but I’m a famew***e and I’ll never grow out of it. Heidi knows that and doesn’t want that.

“I want every kind of press. She believes in bad press. There’s no way my love for fame and her love for puppies will every work out successfully. She just wants to hike and hang out and be calmer.

“She thought I’d burn out of this, but no. I’m still the same Spencer who went on ‘The Hills’ to be famous. I still need to do stunts and take cues from Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise.”

The LA County Coroner’s office released a report this week about Monjack’s death that seems to indicate Brittany’s mom Sharon shared a bed with her daughter’s widower for an unspecified amount of time following Brittany’s death in December. Mom Sharon Monjack didn’t deny the claims, but she did say they were “misleading”:

In a statement, Sharon says, “I am very disturbed that the L.A. Coroners [sic] office continues to release things to the media that are misleading.”

She continues, “The TMZ story with it’s [sic] salacious headline suggesting that my prescious [sic] son-in-law Simon and I slept in bed together, infering [sic] sexual contact is journalism at its lowest.” Sharon also denies there were medications in the house prescribed to a “Sharon Monjack,” as the Coroner’s report states.

TMZ takes pains to point out that they never suggested the two were sexually involved, and a coroner’s office spokesperson commented to say that the report “speaks for itself.” The bed-sharing allegations aren’t the first time Monjack and Murphy’s mom have creeped out the general public with their relationship following Brittany’s death- the pair appeared on Larry King Live and gave an interview that fueled “inappropriate relationship” rumors before Monjack died in late May.

Oksana Grigorieva reportedly wants Mel Gibson banned from having any access to their daughter Lucia.

The Russian singer attended a closed hearing at a Los Angeles court room yesterday, August 18, to continue discussions about the custody of the couple’s nine-month-old child, where it is believed her lawyer’s bid for her to be the tot’s sole carer.

According to a summary posted outside the courtroom, a motion about seizing Lucia’s passport was to be debated, a move that would mean neither parent could take the child out of the country.

Mel did not attend the hearing, which also looked at child support and attorney fees.

Oksana, 39, split from the ‘Braveheart’ actor earlier this year.

Since their bitter split, tapes have been leaked which apparently feature the 54-year-old star assaulting Oksana and launching into several hate-filled and expletive-riddled rants.

The actor is now being investigated by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services over allegations he assaulted the singer while she was holding Lucia.

He is also being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department over domestic violence claims.

Robbie Williams’ father was surprised by his wedding.

The ‘Angels’ singer tied the knot with long-term girlfriend Ayda Field at their Beverly Hills home earlier this month and his dad Pete Conway says the “unconventional” ceremony couldn’t have gone any better.

Pete said, “It wasn’t fraught. It was very relaxed and lovely. Robbie was emotional. It was a big day.

“I didn’t make a speech – it wasn’t very conventional. We just had a lovely time.

“It was organised quite quickly. It was a total surprise to everyone – even me – but it was a nice surprise.”

The veteran club singer also dismissed claims that his teetotal son – who has a history of drug and alcohol abuse – had banned wine, beer and champagne from his nuptials.

Pete told The Sun newspaper, “There was alcohol and lots of it. I did have a drink. We certainly toasted the bride and groom. You can’t make everyone give up. We drank and had a party. It’s great and it was a wonderful day.”

Robbie and Ayda, 31, have previously revealed they chose for the 36-year-old star not to have a best man, while the couple’s eight dogs acted as bridesmaids.

The pair took the decision to exclude others from their wedding party in a bid to keep their plans secret for as long as possible.

Ne-Yo is “nervous” about fatherhood.

The ‘Beautiful Monster’ singer is to become a parent with Monyetta Shaw in January and he admits he is excited about the baby, but is also wary of taking on so much responsibility.

He said, “I’m so excited and nervous. It’s amazing – I’m bringing another life into the world. But at the same time, I’m like, ‘Oh c**p, I’m responsible for another human being.’

“I don’t even buy my own underwear, where am I going to find his?

“But I’m so looking forward to it.”

The singer also spoke of his desire to get married, but admits he can’t see it happening any time soon.

He told more magazine, “One day I’ll marry. No time soon though. I feel like that’s so important in life. Finding that one person who makes your life complete.

“But it’s so difficult in my line of work to find someone who wants me for the right reasons.

“At some point I’d love a big wedding. My mum would never let me have a small one. It would have to be the biggest, most extravagant thing to ever happen to me.”

Despite expecting a baby with Monyetta, Ne-Yo recently insisted she isn’t his girlfriend.

He said, “I have a friend. Not a girlfriend. She’s carrying my child but knows I can’t commit. She doesn’t mind other women.”
