Nicole Scherzinger: Everyone is a Pussycat Doll

Nicole Scherzinger thinks everyone is a Pussycat Doll.

The singer is the only remaining original member of the group but insists she has no idea what the future holds for them, despite founder and manager Robin Antin recently hiring four new women to join Nicole.

When asked about the rest of the group being recast, Nicole said, “I don’t know what’s going on with that. There’s always the speckles [speculations].

“There’s the Dolls from the lounge and Vegas and all that, so I’d say everyone is a Pussycat Doll actually.”

Seemingly alluding to how she was purposefully being vague, Nicole then added, “Do you like how I’m answering these questions?”

Robin has previously said the group are on a break and will return with a new line up consisting of Nicole alongside Vanessa Curry, Kherington Payne, Rino Nakasone Razalan and Jamie Lee Ruiz.

The most famous line up of the Pussycat Dolls, which included Ashley Roberts, Melody Thornton, Kimberly Wyatt and Jessica Sutta alongside Nicole, broke up last year after Melody and Kimberley spoke of their unhappiness in the group and were critical of Robin and their management and how they perceived Nicole as receiving preferential treatment to them.

Edward Furlong’s Temporary Restraining Order Against Wife Extended

Edward Furlong’s temporary restraining order against his estranged wife has been extended.

Rachael Kneeland, who filed for divorce from the ‘Terminator 2: Judgement Day’ actor last summer, claiming his drug addiction had caused him to attack her, told the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday, August 31, how she caught her former lover driving past her apartment, parking his car opposite and watching her in her home, RadarOnline.com reports.

Describing how she saw his vehicle last Wednesday, August 25, parked opposite her balcony, she said, “I was shaking with fear when I saw his car.”

The brunette filed a police report the next day, telling officers her boyfriend was supposed to come over the previous day, but they had to alter their plans because they were unsure how Edward would react.

The former couple have had a difficult break-up, with Rachael, who has son Ethan, three, with the actor, alleging he attacked her after a heated row.

He had a restraining order against her put in place last October.

Last month, Rachael had another restraining order granted over Edward, which bans him from contacting her or their child, after he allegedly left several expletive-filled answer phone messages.

This court order was altered yesterday, with the actor now being granted access to Ethan on Tuesday and Thursdays after school, and for three hours on either Saturday or Sunday until they return to court on September 27 to finalise their situation.

Last year, Rachael claimed Edward’s “drug use had escalated”, that he threatened her life, and was also hospitalised on “lockdown” after threatening suicide.

Friday, Hilton was busted when cocaine “fell out of her purse,” reportedly into the hand of a police lieutenant, as she reached for lip balm. She was later charged with felony possession of cocaine. Waits has not yet been charged, but was arrested for a suspected DUI. Police also report finding the remainder of a joint in the car the couple used.

If convicted, Hilton could face up to four years in prison. She maintains the cocaine that fell from her purse did not belong to her.

Rihanna has been immortalized in wax.

The ‘Rude Boy’ singer is the latest star to be honoured with her own replica figure by famous museum Madame Tussauds and was so happy with her likeness, unveiled in Washington D.C. yesterday, August 31, that she immediately tweeted a picture of it.

The singer’s stylish double wears a black lace corset, fitted jacket, skinny pants and black silk heels, by Balmain, which was donated by Rihanna and is the outfit she wore to the French fashion house’s show during Paris Fashion Week last October.

Madame Tussauds added diamond earrings, tennis bracelet and a ring, as well as a glittering pin on the jacket lapel of the figure, which sports the singer’s trademark blonde quiff.

Rihanna, who is now sporting red hair, was not at the unveiling yesterday, but a spokesperson for Madame Tussauds said that the singer was granted a sneak peek of the waxwork last week and “absolutely loved it.”

As well as being excited about her waxwork replica, the ‘Umbrella’ star is looking forward to releasing new music.

Conan O’Brien discloses name and date for TBS show!

In possibly the most dramatic and backbiting story to come out of television this year, you may have missed that NBC were totally Indian givers and took Conan O’Brien’s late night show away from him to hand it back to Jay Leno.

Much internetting ensued. Posters were made, protests were staged, Conan joined Twitter and acquired a beard and traveling show and then George Lopez offered Conan his slot on TBS. But that was a trillion years ago back in May or something, and no one knew when the much ballyhooed return of the towering ginger fellow would occur on the small screen. (It didn’t help that his tour was called the “Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour.” (For how long, Conan?!)

If you’ve been missing O’Brien’s pallor and quick wit, you can rest assured it’s coming and not too far in the future- he posted a video to the TeamCoco YouTube account today to announce both a name and a date. The show will premiere on November 8th, and it will be called… Conan. In a press release, Conan said:

“I’m just using ‘Conan’ and dropping the ‘O’Brien’ because I want to get away from the whole Irish thing.”

Police Pulls Over Sylvester Stallone for Ignoring Stop Sign

Sylvester Stallone was pulled over by police for ignoring stop sign.

The ‘Expendables’ actor was noted to be “less than cordial” in a discussion with a traffic cop in Los Angeles on Monday, August 30, as he disagreed with the officer’s version of events.

Sources who saw the ensuing discussion said he was not happy to have been pulled over, and was given a ticket.

Stallone is not the only Hollywood star to be pulled over for the same offense, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan found herself at the end of a talking to by police when she was spotted running through a stop sign after a night out at trendy Los Angeles nightspot Chateau Marmont on Friday, August 28.

However, unlike the 64-year-old action star she left the scene without a warning, but still remained unhappy at the action.

Writing on twitter, she said, “Clearly Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1′s sake(sic)”

Shia LaBeouf Named Best Value Actor in Hollywood

Shia LaBeouf is the “best value” actor in Hollywood.

The star , who has featured in ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps’ and the third film in the ‘Transformers’ franchise during this year alone, represents the best value for money in the film industry for the second year running, a new list compiled by Forbes magazine has revealed.

According to the study of stars who offer the most “bang for the buck”, the 24-year-old actor generates an estimated $81 for every dollar he is paid.

To compile the list, the media magazine assessed 36 of the highest earners in Hollywood who have starred in at least three major film releases over the past five years.

The actors’ earnings were then added to worldwide box office and home video sales and subtracted from the movie’s overall budget.

With ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ and ‘Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull’ notching up a total of $836 million and $787 million respectively in the past two years, Shia was found to deliver a better financial return than any other actor in the industry.

Anne Hathaway came in second place largely thanks to the worldwide success of Tim Burton’s remake of ‘Alice in Wonderland’, bringing in around $64 per dollar, just a few dollars more than ‘Harry Potter’ actor Daniel Radcliffe, whose figure came in at $61.

Robert Downey Jr. and Cate Blanchett were placed fourth and fifth, generating $33 and $27 per dollar respectively.

Michael Jackson’s Landlord Sues His Estate

Michael Jackson’s former landlord is suing his estate.

Aner Iglesias, who owned the Las Vegas home the late ‘Thriller’ hitmaker rented between 2008 and 2009, is reportedly filing a lawsuit against the Michael Jackson estate, claiming he never was compensated for the $234,000 worth of damage the singer allegedly caused while living in the property with his three children, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12 and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, who is known as Blanket.

According to gossip website TMZ, the landlord had already filed a creditors claim with those looking after the King of Pop’s finances following his death from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009.

However, he claims he never received the damages from administrators and has decided to file the suit with the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Legal documents state Michael, who was 50 at the time of his death, damaged both the exterior and the interior of the property, as well as causing problems with the internal phone and alarm system.

The 1.7-acre compound was the late singer’s last residence in Las Vegas and boasted a chapel, maid’s quarters, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and an 8,500 square foot basement, which the Grammy Award-winner used as a studio and place to store his book and art collections.

Aner put the property on the market for $12.8 million in February.

Michael Douglas Vows To ‘Beat’ Throat Cancer

Michael Douglas has vowed to “beat” throat cancer.

The ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps’ actor, who has two children Dylan, 10, and seven-year-old Carys with wife Catherine Zeta Jones, as well as 31-year-old Cameron with former spouse Diandra, was diagnosed with a tumour in his throat last month and is now set to undergo eight weeks of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the hope of ridding his body of the disease but remains positive about his prognosis.

The 65-year-old star told People magazine, “I’ll beat this.”

While doctors expect the Oscar-winning actor to make a full recovery, medical experts have warned he may never act again, as the aggressive combination of radiation and chemotherapy could result in him losing his voice.

Dr. Lawrence Tena, a physician in the department of radiation and oncology at the Beth Israel Comprehensive Cancer Center in New York City, recently explained: “When a patient is getting radiation and chemotherapy combined, they typically have an advanced stage of cancer. Sixty to 70 percent of patients, even with advanced cancers, survive.”

However if the procedures fail to work, Michael will have to undergo a full or partial laryngectomy, which could leave him with a changed voice, or even no voice at all.
