Craig Sager is known for his ridiculous antics at NBA games. Most of those antics involve ugly ties and hideous jackets, but last night he upped the shenanigan factor by photobombing Will Smith and his Jaden.

Will Smith may have been born and raised in West Philadelphia, but the singer has grown fond of Miami in recent years.

His song, “Welcome To Miami” is frequently played at Heat games, and the actor is often seen courtside.

Last night, Smith brought his son, Jaden (who is not trying to be emancipated) to watch the Miami Heat play the Chicago Bulls.

The camera zoomed in on the Hollywood family during an intermission but Sager made sure that the spotlight wasn’t taken away from him. The longtime announcer quickly maneuvered himself into position to make sure that he was in the Smith family photo.

The Miami Heat managed to close out their series against the Chicago Bulls last night. The Chicago team put up a fight during game 5 but LeBron James and Dwyane Wade proved to be too much for the depleted Bulls.

But enough about sports. Let’s watch a goofy announcer photobomb Will Smith.

Will Smith and Jaden Smith have a new movie coming out later this month. After Earth is set for release on May 31. Sager is not expected to make an appearance in the new movie.

Are you ready to hear the phrase “home skillet” or anything else from the vernacular of Diablo Cody on a daily basis? If your answer is no then you might want to avoid your television, as it’s being reported that the writer of Juno may get her own talk show.

During the TBS upfronts, the network announced that they are developing a show called Me Time With Diablo Cody, which will follow Conan’s show. Although the talk show is said to be in its early stages, it already has a niche. The show will “look at pop culture and Hollywood with Cody’s perspective.”

For Diablo Cody it doesn’t seem that strange. Since winning an Oscar for the screenplay of Juno, the writer has gone on to pen Showtime’s short lived series The United States of Tara, which saw Toni Collette battle her dissociative identity disorder and family life. One of the said personalities was a redneck, hunting loving beer guzzling of a man named Buck. If Cody gets this gig we can at least hope we’ll have more of that quirkiness for her show.

Cody isn’t the only writer turned host. Conan O’Brien got the coveted position nearly two decades ago, but before then he was a writer for The Simpsons and Saturday Night Live. Later proving that the formula actually works, Saturday Night Live performer Jimmy Fallon followed the path and is now taking over Jay Leno’s role as host for The Tonight Show. While Cody didn’t start her writing career on Saturday Night Live, her unique brand of comedy has proved to earn some fans.

In addition to attracting internet haters, and shocking people with her tell-all blog entries, Cody hosted a web series chat show called Red Band Trailer, which apparently acted as a good test for her latest gig at TBS. While it wasn’t said if her new talk show will go to series, it might be an interesting fit.

An obsessed fan of Taylor Swift was arrested earlier this week after he allegedly swam to the singer’s Rhode Island beach home.

According to TMZ, 22-year-old Lucas H. Vorsteveld, of Chicago, was spotted by police getting out of the ocean nearby Swift’s $17 million dollar mansion on Wednesday morning.

As we previously reported, Swift recently purchased the sprawling 11,000-plus square-foot beachfront estate and paid cash to close the deal.

Upon being questioned by police, Vorsteveld confessed that he wanted to meet the country/pop singer but decided to swim back after seeing her security team.

The fan was then booked for trespassing and is reportedly scheduled to be arraigned on May 24.

After the arrest, a representative for the Westerly Police Department told TMZ, “There is a zero tolerance policy for trespassers.”

It is unknown if Swift was at her home during the time of the incident.

It isn’t the first time Taylor has come across an obsessed fan.

At the end of last year, 24-year-old Jacob Nicholas Kulke was arrested after climbing a fence and a secured gate at her home in Nashville.

The man — who was jailed on a trespassing charge — told police he traveled from his home in Wisconsin to surprise the pop songstress on her 23rd birthday.

Speaking about over obsessed fans, Taylor Swift told Cosmopolitan magazine in 2012:

“I get nervous when I have stalker incidents. I try not to talk too much about it because it scares me. Sometimes you get a dude who kind of wants to steal you. That’s why I’m so grateful I have people looking after me, like [my bodyguard] Dennis”

Despite her fears, Taylor said she doesn’t intend to live her life around stalkers.

“There are a lot of them. I just try to be safe and be conscious of people around me,” she relates. “It’s something you just have to deal with. It’s the price you pay for getting to do what you love. You can let it take over your life and make you fearful all the time, or you can live your life in spite of it.”

Emma Watson is nothing like Harry Potter‘s Hermoine in her latest role.

That’s just the way the 23-year-old actress wants it.

Now a few years removed from the end of the Harry Potter franchise, Emma Watson is still trying to shed the image of the Hogwarts students and friend of the wizard Harry Potter. She says she’s taking roles that allow her to show more maturity and access the depth of her acting ability.

That’s just what she’s done in The Bling Ring, a new movie from Sofia Coppola that premiered Thursday at the Cannes Film Festival. In it, Watson plays a celebrity-obsessed Los Angeles teenager who decides to break into the homes of stars like Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.

The movie is based on the true story of a group of teenagers who robbed celebrities while they were out at premiers. Emma Watson plays the character based on Alexis Neiers, who once starred in a reality television show about teenagers trying to make it in Hollywood.

Emma Watson said that while she has fond memories of the Harry Potter movies, she doesn’t want them to define her career.

“I’m not trying to run away from it,” she said. “I’ve just had an amazing three or four years. I’m really re-enjoying having the chance to transform into new roles and work with new creative people.”

Watson said she studied American popular culture to prepare for the role including the Southern California accent of her character.

“It’d be very easy for Nicki to feel like a parody,” Miss Watson said. “Somehow I had to understand and empathize with her, and that was really biggest challenge, second to getting the accent down. It’s quite a specific dialect.”

The Bling Ring strives for realism as well. Sofia Coppola actually got permission from Paris Hilton to film in the reality star’s home, showing shots of room covered wall-to-wall with shoes and another room with a pole-dancing table in a nightclub area.

“The world this film shows is a world of excess,” said Coppola. “(Paris Hilton’s) house is very exotic. I have never seen anything like it before.”

For Emma Watson, The Bling Ring follows in a line of post-Harry Potter movies with more adult themes. She starred in the coming-of-age movie The Perks of Being a Wallflower last year and just finished shooting on Darren Afonofsky’s Biblical epic Noah.

The O Music Awards return this year for a zeitgeist throwdown, trailing utterly fantastic category names with them.

Justin Bieber, Frank Ocean, Beck, Demi Lovato, South Korean rapper Psy, Tyler the Creator, David Bowie, Miranda Lambert, Ed Sheeran and more will fight for victory in the combined MTV, VH1, and CMT show that honors achievements in music, technology and fan reach.

A 24-hour live stream will feature 50 bands and The Roots drummer ?uestlove to keep things moving with a drum-a-thon throughout the probably raucous affair.

Leading the nominations with two a-piece are Frank Ocean (Most Follow Artist on Twitter” and “Too Much Ass for TV) and Beck (Best Interactive Music Video and “Analog Genius”).

Everyone’s favorite 19-year-old Canadian will battle it out with Brit troubadour Ed Sheeran, Demi Lovato and others for the Fan Army FTW (for the win) award.

The controversial Pussy Riot are up for Digital Genius, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will contend for Best Web-Born Artist, ?uestlove for Must Follow Artist on Twitter, and Tyler the Creator for Best Artist Instagram.

The legendary Bowie is nominated for the Too Much Ass for TV award.

The O Awards will also introduce a new category this year, the Make a Band Famous award. It will be handed to the act that garners the largest fan reaction and panel approval. On May 31, the top five will be added to the 50-band line-up and fight for votes.

The winner of the five will then perform as part of MTV’s Video Music Awards in August, also becoming MTV’s Artist to Watch, VH1′s You Oughta Know and CMT’s Listen Up pick.

Frank Ocean, Beck, Justin Bieber And More To Battle At O Music Awards is a post from: The Inquisitr

When you hear the names Chris Pine and Jake Gyllenhaal one doesn’t automatically think of a great musical duo , but that’s about to change. The two have been cast as the princes in the musical film adaptation of Into the Woods.

According to the report, the two actors have done a chemistry test for director Rob Marshall who is currently prepping an adaptation for Disney. During the test the two also sang together. Those who aren’t aware of the roles, Gyllenhaal and Pine are set to play two egotistical and pompous princes who romance Cinderella and Rapunzel. Compared to early sign-ons Meryl Streep, who will play the Witch, and Johnny Depp as the wolf, they aren’t huge roles, but if played right they could steal the whole film. Pine is set to play Rapunzel’s Prince, while Gyllenhaal will play Cinderella’s Prince.

Although they tested together, the two actors have never sung on the big screen before. All we have for evidence of Gyllenhaal’s singing chops is an opening monologue from 2006′s Saturday Night Live, that sees him playing on the then popular musical to film adaptation Dreamgirls.

During the opening monologue Gyllenhaal sang “And I’m Telling You,” which eventually went on to win Jennifer Hudson an Oscar for the role of Effie. As for Pine we haven’t seen him sing at all, so we’re hoping he’s hiding some serious singing chops. If not, the two roles could be played comically as the princes spend most of the time during the production trying to “out-prince” each other.

In addition to Meryl Streep and Johnny Depp, Pine and Gyllenhaal will join Anna Kendrick, Nina Arianda, and Allison Janney. It’s a huge cast, but one that certainly deserves an iconic cast. The American Playhouse version of Into the Woods saw Broadway heavyweights Bernadette Peters, Chip Zien, Joanna Gleason, Tom Aldredge and Robert Westenberg.

We think Gyllenhaal and Pine certainly have the right looks for the roles, but we’re hoping they can follow up with a great rendition of their duet “Agony.”

Iron Man 3 is dangerously close to crossing the $1 billion threshold. Somewhere in Hollywood, a lot of celebrating is taking place.

It’s no secret that director and co-writer Shane Black’s sequel has been a hit at the box office. The movie has made a considerable amount of money since debuting in North American theaters on May 6. Given it’s performance last weekend, it still stands to earn quite a bit more.

According to the numbers posted at Box Office Mojo, Iron Man 3 has made approximately $294 million as of May 14. The sequel has also fared extremely well overseas; Black’s follow-up has amassed a whopping $685 in receipts. That puts its worldwide total at around $980 million.

Many analysts believed that Iron Man 3 would hit the $1 billion mark today (May 16).

The third entry in the franchise has enjoyed a bit more success than Iron Man 2. Director Jon Favreau’s sequel received a lukewarm reception from fans and critics alike. By the time it left theaters in the US, the film had made around $312 million. Worldwide, the flick stalled at $623 million.

The success of Iron Man 3 suggests that moviegoers haven’t tired of the superhero genre just yet. This is definitely a very good thing, especially considering how many other like-minded flicks are currently on-deck. Marvel has a few projects in the works, including The Avengers 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy.

A number of action movies have crossed the $1 billion mark over the past few years. The list includes a pair of Pirates of the Caribbean movies, two films about Hobbits, and a recent James Bond adventure. Director Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises also hit the milestone.

While Iron Man 3 performed well last weekend, it will be interesting to see how it stacks up against J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek Into Darkness.

J.J. Abrams recently finished up his latest Star Trek movie and now he’s ready to move on to Star Wars: Episode 7. The director is currently working on the new story and he’s apparently willing to take crowd suggestions.

Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Abrams took some suggestions from the audience about what to do with the new Star Wars movie. William Shatner and Billy Dee Williams were both in the audience and had some pretty good ideas for the next movie.

Williams thinks Star Wars 7 should be some sort of space porn that features Lando Calrissian and a bunch of beautiful ladies.

Some of the audience members agree that Star Wars needed more sex but suggested that the love scenes should be between Chewie and Leia.

William Shatner also showed up to pitch an idea to Abrams. Shatner says that the director should get rid of classic characters like Hans Solo and Lando in favor for the galaxy’s most beloved hero, Captain Kirk.

Shatner said: “You know, this Hands Solo, Lando… Captain Kirk! No rules, just a road trip of a lifetime sort of thing. I actually already wrote it. I also agree that Leia and Chewie should do it. Here, I’ve made some sketches.”

Well, now is as good of time as any… Should Chewie and Leia do it in the new Star Wars movie?

Fresh off his Player’s Champion win, Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn set off on a yacht for a little rest and relaxation in Florida.

Woods was spotted fishing off of the back of the yacht while Vonn was seen sunbathing in a strapless bikini.

This is the second time that Tiger Woods’ yacht has made it into the news this week. The Daily Gawk reported earlier this week that Woods’ 155-boat is parked right next to Chris Cline’s 164-foot boat on Florida’s Jupiter Island.

If you haven’t been keeping up with the latest Woods’ gossip, the golfer’s ex-wife Elin Nordegren is currently dating Cline.

This isn’t the first time that Vonn and Nordegren have narrowly avoided a confrontation. Earlier this year the Olympic skier decided to stay in the car while Woods and his wife watched their children play in a soccer match.

Woods and Vonn kept their relationship quiet at first but after making their official announcement on Facebook they’ve been seen several times out in public. Vonn has been cheering Tiger on during golf tournaments and they recently attended their first red carpet event.

With the winds of change blowing through the American Idol set, one judge is hoping to be a familiar face next season.

Keith Urban, who joined the judges panel in season 12, said he wanted to come back to the singing competition in season 13.

“I would. I mean, I literally enjoy coming to work every day, and that’s a rarity,” Urban said after being asked if he would like to judge again next season.

“I joined an ensemble like this in the same way I joined a band,” the 45-year-old added. ”I like being in a team and I felt that immediately, with [host Ryan Seacrest] and Randy [Jackson], particularly.”

Unfortunately for Urban, who has been a fan favorite on the show, he joined a season wrought with drama and declining ratings. Wednesday’s episode, which featured the final showdown between Kree Harrison and Candance Glover, was topped by Modern Family, which became the first show ever to outdeliver an Idol finale in the Adults 18-49 demographic. While Idol drew 11.57 million total viewers, compared to Modern Family‘s 9.75, the latter scored 3.5 million adult viewers versus Idol‘s 2.9 million.

Modern Family has also beat or tied Wednesday episodes of American Idol in each of the last seven airings.

Throw in the season-long feud between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj, and it’s really a wonder that Urban would want to return. But with Minaj reportedly on her way out, next season may be less dramatic. However, Jackson has confirmed he won’t be returning, so Urban may be starting over with an entirely different panel if he is asked to return.

So far, there has no been no word from Carey about whether she will be returning, but the diva is supposedly planning her first world concert tour in nearly a decade, which most likely means she’s out for next season, too.

Still, despite all the happenings this season, Urban seems to have taken it all in stride, even though it means being judged himself.

“It’s funny. I think everybody is judging,” he said. ”Everyone at home is judging us, judging them, judging everybody.”
